I was recommended this food by my dogs vet as she was suffering with digestive issues, upset stomach etc..... Won't go into too much detail but she was quite ill and seemed to have allergies to other dog foods we had tried. This food has really helped she no longer has any digestive problems and we have been advised by the vet it is safe for her to be on this food long term. It is also a lot cheaper than buying direct from the vets which was costing around £70 and usually arrives within a couple of days so I will continue to place my order via Amazon '

have a German Shepard Rescue Dog, about 2 years old. She was skin and bones and as we found out - after she nearly dying on us - she has no Pancreatic Enzyme. Hill's Prescription mixed with Royal Canin Gastro Intestinal GI25 - 50/50 and Pancreatic Enzyme kept her going and she has now put on a lot of weight. We still watch her like a hawk, she can not pick up anything other than her nuts, her runny motions are getting much firmer, and she is becoming a happy dog. Unfortunately this will be her live long diet.

Unfortunately my 8yr old dog has a very sensitive stomach and has a history of pancreatitis . This food in wet version originally prescribed by vet. I now feed him only on a mixture of the wet food and this (dry kibble is perfect to carry for treats or to put inside play ball) . Been using only this for a couple of years now (with vet approval)and as long as we can avoid the odd discarded chip or other such rubbish this diet keeps him on an even keel and he loves it.

My dog had an operation and the vet said to get this. It seems to work well. It's expensive but cheaper than more trips to to the vet.I've marked the flavour 4 out of 5 based on the response of my dog. She is very excited when I give her this food but not as excited as when she gets a little bit of chicken... or manages to get into the bin.My personal flavour rating would be 2 out of five but I guess I am not the target audience.

ARRIVED NEXT DAY HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT BEFORE GREAT PRODUCT UNFORTUNALY MY DOG HAS BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH EPI AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO FEED HER GRAIN FREE SO DID NOT USE THIS MYSELF BUT MY SON BOUGHT IT OFF ME FOR HIS DOG WAS GOING TO SEND IT BACK AND HAD A FAB RESPONES OFF THE SUPPLIER AND IT WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM TO SEND IT BACK BUT MY SON WANTED IT FOR HIS DOG SO NO NEED WILL USE THIS SUPPLIER AGAIN AS THEY WERE VERY HELPFULL.

My vet recommended this for my cocker spaniel and he has been on this since 4 months old til 1 year. My dog seems to have a sensitive tummy so now on Royal Canin hypo. No issues while my dog was on this and I found the price much much cheaper from amazon than from the vet who claims it is prescription only etc etc. I would recommend subscribe and save which is even cheaper.

I buy the Hills ID as my two furry friends sadly suffer from colitis and this is the only food they can tolerate without any tummy upsets. The ID is almost £10 more to purchase from our local vets so decided to try amazon. The item arrives within the allocated time ans is always well packaged, I would highly recommend this seller and amazon.

This specially prescribed food has helped clear our dog's digestion troubles (helped by six steroids daily, also prescribed) caused by Addison's disease. Looks a good product and arrives in resealable tough plastic bag. Not cheap, but has helped give the animal a new lease of life over several months, when frankly we feared the worst...

This is only food my 10 years old dog can eat now with her chronic pancreatitis which she got from Royal Canin Yorkshire Terrier Adult and Royal Canin Mini Adult FAT FOOD. She is healthy, playful and her fur looks so shiny. HUGE THANKS to Hills company for creating this essential product and keeping my dog alive and happy!!!

Suits my GSD who has digestive problems, it was recommended by the vet and she is now thriving, Picking up after her is less of a nightmare. She has gone from being very unhappy and listless to a lively and healthy dog . Buying from Amazon is much Cheaper than the vets

It's expensive compared with other brands, but it's totally worth. My dog had problems with the stomach for long time (we almost died with his farts) and now he's all right (okay, he stills farts some times but without any hazard smell)

Good product originally recommended by our vet when our dog got I’ll with pancreatitis due to (we later discovered) underlying Cushing disease. Cheaper to buy in line. Handy resealable packaging. Will buy again

This food is exactly right for my aged Bordeaux. She is fit and healthy, and full of beans. She loves to play and is very energetic for an eleven year old. I thoroughly recommend this food for older dogs.

We have a lurcher with a very delicate stomach. This is the only food which doesn't cause an outbreak of colitis. It is expensive but worth every penny if your dog has stomach problems. He loves it.

My rotty girl has protein losing entropathy. She became very ill and a bag of bones as she was literally starving. She thrives on this food as she is able to digest it. Excellent food.
