This does pretty much everything you'd expect. And does it well, the only exception being that it's not very good to cut leeks.It would be nice if it came with cut proof gloves because you really do need them - those blades are mighty sharp!Overall very goo.

Excellant product, very sharp..really good for slicing parsnips thinly for parsnip crisps,other slicers are too thin and plasticy, therefore break easily, this one should last for ages,

This looks like a cheap and chearful alternative to its more expensive cousins but its excellent value for money. The blade is so sharp it takes no effort to use and is easy to clean.

Excellent blades, easy to use, a snap to clean. I buy a supply to give as shower gifts. I'm so glad that Amazon has them available, as they are no longer easy to find.

I had my last slicer for years and the blades were getting blunt, I was delighted to get a replacement
