Excellent product, yet does not include a cardboard box to store it.Beware this is quite a large product, larger than the standard mandoline. Blades are extremely sharp and cut effortless any kind of vegetable, or your fingers if you are not careful.The stainless steel has more than a feeling of durability.The additional inserts prove very useful to cut veggie sticks, julienne, or even potato chips.The only downside of this product is the absence of a cardboard box to store for transport, or if you don't use for quite some time.

It's really too early to comment as I haven't put this fabulous gadget through its full repertoire, but so far, so good. Wonderful sliced cucumbers, radishes, red onions. Easy to use, safe and wonderful. Have had other mandolins but none to equal this big boy.

I have been using borner mandeline for about 20 years, would not buy any other make , it is very durable and makes light work of chopping fruit n veg

Slicer is great - but beware the bundled bowl does not fit properly as it's designed for the dimensions of the V5 slicer

Simply the best slicer on the market at the moment. Allows you to make salads and slice things easy

Very robust and solid and compact. Feels good to hold and does a job good of slicing.

Very safe to use. Folds flat so takes up little cupboard space. Well worth the money.
