My 3 year old daughter loves to wear this cape and pretend she is a superhero. It's velvet to the touch and has Velcro around the neck. It doesn't have a lining sewn on and I was slightly disappointed that it had a lot of extra loose threads when it arrived. I trimmed them myself and it looks pretty good now!
