Good value for money ,took about 15 minutes to put together even with the help of my granddaughter (age 2) who was playing in it as soon as I had one corner in place.The instructions were very clear, but not really necessary, It was quite obvious how the house went together. Once the roof was on the structure became very stable and felt quite substantial and even stayed in place in the wind , although it did blow over in a gale (there are holes to peg it down through although no pegs supplied.

Ideal first playhouse for my just turned 2 year old daughter. It's simple but effective. My daughter needs to use her imagination and this playhouse is the one to make her come up with the wonderful things she doe. It's easy to assemble - I built it on my own and took about 30 mins in total - and is lightweightwr, not bit flimsy, and is great if you want something that's not too big that it overtakes your garden. I had the perfect spot for ours and in a corner I couldn't do anything with.

We bought this for our sons 2nd birthday and he was delighted with it. As were his friends who joined for birthday celebrations. They especially liked posting letters through the letter box. It was easy to put together. It took two of us approximately 15 minutes to assemble fully. The down points are that that doors don't seem to stay closed on the cottage and you don't get a flag to go into the flag pole. Be aware the box is huge if you're collecting from store so won't fit all cars

Bought this for my 2 year old granddaughter and her and her 4year old sister love playing in it so much. They want to play all day long. They really use their imagination to play house or shop or ice cream parlour. Having two doors and opening window means they are not feeling shut in and there is plenty of room for 3 children to play inside. I was so impressed I bought another one for my 3 year old grandson who loves it. Really pleased with the quality and good size.

I bought this Playhouse for my Grandsons first birthday, knowing that he would have hours of fun playing in it with his 3year old brother. The Playhouse was a huge success and provided plenty of enjoyment at his birthday party, where all my Grandchildren played in it all afternoon. I am now considering buying another one for my other two Grandchildren to use at their house. The service received from Argos was extremely efficient and I will definitely shop there again.

Bought this for my four year old son, he’s quite tall for his age but can stand up straight in this play house. Other houses I looked at of similar price range would have been too low. It was easy to put together. It feels quite sturdy but it’s lightweight so easy to move around garden. There are some holes in the bottom of the frame if you wanted to anchor it to the ground with some tent pegs if you’re worried about the wind. Very happy with purchase.

This is simple design, very sturdy and good height inside compared to some. With 2 opening doors and windows means sharing is easy. Kids enjoy running through it too. Endless opportunities for imaginative play including 'painting' it with water. 2 yr old and 4 year old both loving it and room to put in little cooker sink and washing machine. Not sure what point the flag holders have as no flag supplied and can't find anything to put in holders that fits.

Brilliant little playhouse and competitively priced. My 15 month old loves it, he particularly likes that it has 2 entrances so he can do a circuit through the entire thing and the little windows with shutters. The biggest issue is that the doors won't stay shut and will swing and bang at the smallest breeze, we are going to add magnetic discs to help keep them closed. It is a small playhouse but my husband is 6ft tall and manages to squeeze in (just!).

A great hit for the grandchildren. I only have a small garden so the size suits me, there are larger houses on the market. Having two doors and two windows is fun for the kids, they love to open and close the shutters and the doors. There are two post boxes, which make for a fun game. I was originally looking at the Little Tikes country cottage, which I do feel is a more substantial build, but even so, I’m really pleased with my purchase.

Ordered this little after looking at all the reviews and other more expensive play houses.It fits together well, is a good dark colour as some others can look very bright and will fade quickly, not to mention clash with the garden!It is not overly big but ideal for my 3yr old and his 5yr old sister who love playing in it and as the weather improves will enjoy it even more I am quite sure. Click and collect was very quick.

This was fairly simple to put together. It took me more time to put the stickers on than to put it together! My boys are 22 months and 4 years and both love it. They each have a wee chair and share a table and there is still some room. They love opening and closing the windows and posting things in the letterbox. It doesn't have a floor so we have put a wee bit of astro turf underneath for them. Great purchase, well worth the money.

This play house was incredibly easy to put together. Fast assembly with two people. I like the big chunky plastic screws that are used, as it means that it should be very easy to take the house apart and store it away during the winter months (we use this for our granddaughter on our back patio). The house should provide fun for at least 2 or 3 years before it is outgrown and probably passed on to friends or family.

I was very happy to buy this from Argos as they did a price match for me and got it delivered to my home address the same day without any charges. The kids loved it . They have kept their two chairs in it. I also play with them sometimes in their house when they insist. It's not very sturdy but for the prices in nicely designed and looks impressive in our garden ! I got the flag for it wish it came with the cottage

Forget about the doors. Yes it comes open from time to time but it doesn't stop the beautiful use of this playhouse. There is a hook latchThe colour is lovely.It is sturdy.3 kids can sit in comfortably. I even have a kitchen in there.Took 30mins to set up plus stickersLittletikes needs to remove the flag in d pix as it doesn't come with itBuy this and thank me later. I av no regrets whatsoever.

This product is ok for the money. My review is more concerned with how we bought this from Argos, and how the local store manager did absolutely everything in his power to ensure that we received it on the day we needed it, going way over and above what I expected from the store. It is so lovely to have someone pay such attention to customer service and for this reason alone I will continue to use Argos.
