This product has to be the best I have seen in comparison to others. Very simple to put together. Light weight so easy to move around by 2 people. Build quality is excellent. Tip: Decide which way you want roof to slope. Can be easily assembled by 1 person but since uncle was around we put it together in probably 30 mins. THE TEST: both kids TOTALLY LOVE IT. They have kitted the house out with table and 2 chairs. Even planted flowers in the window basket. Hours of fun and learning by role playing.

This playhouse is a lot bigger than others available & the fact that it has different parts to it is something our son loves. We were concerned that it might be too flimsy having read other reviews but it seems no different to other brands. Other reviews also state that the colour is nothing like the picture however ours is exactly as pictured. I don't know how this will last in harsh weather & in the longer term but for now we are very pleased with our choice. Assembly was very straightforward.

The playhouse was easy to put togetherAlthough the plastic seems a little flimsy and thin at first, it is still a very sturdy playhouse once put together. It is very roomy inside and the fence is a nice addition.The box for this item read; Chad Valley Farm House, rather than villa, and the fence was red rather than yellow. I don't know if this is the same with all of them but this was the case with the one I received.My daughter always wants to go in her playhouse, even in the rain. Good buy!

It was my grand daughters birthday and wasnt sure what to but her as she was 3,i stumbled across this read the reviews bought it approx 2 hrs in hot sun to build by myself good tip put transfers on before you assemble otherwise you lay down sticking them on when its up!anyway one very happy grand daughter she loved it ! in went her pram dolly and a very happy smile saying thanks grandan! played with it all day taking her scooter in the yard part her small chair and even had her dinner in there!

Like others have said in past reviews, it’s a little flimsier than some others & the door does come off easy - however, I do think this is reflected in the price when you consider most other houses! Luckily ours lives behind a big fence & shed so have had no issues with wind affecting it at all, and it’s great for our little boy - who FYI is quite tall and he fits in his house well, so if that helps anyone then there’s that haha. Would defo recommend if you have a sheltered area for it!

The smile on my grandson's face said it all. Assembly was initially time consuming but once my husband and son in law got to grips with the instructions and the bolting process they whipped through it. You need quite a bit of space if erecting indoors - we left out one side of fencing to build in the conservatory. Little touches such as a cat flap and the window box were a source of amusement and my grandson seemed to love the fact that he could go 'outdoors' within the covered fenced area.

Purchased for 2 and 4 year old. Good house but check measurements! Stored indoors as feels flimsy but quite sturdy. Also can be used when raining outside. Takes up half a large dining room. Had to take out of box to fit in car. I have a focus which fits quite a lot but this was approx 1 inch too wide. Argos staff member helped with getting into the car. however part was missing - contacted missing parts line & received part within 3 days. good service. overall really good product and value.

Great looking house, fairly easy to put together - took about 90 minutesI guess for the money it is fine and my little one likes it and the fact there are 3 entrances, however if playing when it's not so warm the wind blows right through so not so much of a hideaway, my only complaint with it that it won't last particularly long as within the first hour my 2 year stood on the door ledge and has already cracked it, the plastic is pretty thin compared to other houses, but this was cheaper!

Bought this for our grandson, he's not too far off becoming 2 years old. Putting it together was fairly easy but we were missing 4 connecting parts which after being reported to the customer service team we received them the following day...definitely recommend two man build. It's colourful and is suitable for 2-3 children to be seated inside at any one time. The fencing on each side gives more space for playtime and keeps the children dry even when raining. Definitely highly recommend.

This house was a similar price to others we were looking at but much bigger. It was very easy to assemble, just a lot of screws to put up with. Our 2 year old has already had hours of fun in this house and it's withstood a fair amount of battering already.The only problem we encountered was that the door doesn't shut properly but found a quick, cheap fix for it by getting some magnetic strips and it works fine.All in all an excellent product that can be enjoyed by everyone.

Delivered on time. With the 'help' of my 6, 4 and 1yr olds it took around 90mins to build. No tools were needed and instructions were easy to follow. Once it was all put together I couldn't believe how big it was. My tall 6yr old can stand inside.I agree with other reviews that the plastic isn't that rigid but once its all together it's tough and the weight will stop it moving in the wind.My only complaint is that the door doesn't stay attached (to my 1yr olds annoyance)

I love this little house & more importantly, so do the boys. It arrived at 7pm and we put it up that evening, (didn't take too long). The next morning when the boys spotted it through the window, they couldn't wait to get their wellies on & go out to it. I've bought the Chad small table to go inside along with 2 green chairs & the boys have picnics in there now :) I'd have given it 5* were it not for the flimsy door coming off but the door isn't all that necessary

Bought this for our little granddaughter who isn't yet 2years old. She loved it, the extra 'outside' space is lovely and the fence was great for hanging lightweight planters on to encourage learning. Assembly not too difficult but instructions could have been clearer on which sides to assemble first. Easy to fix with the plastic screws and fixings. Love the bright colours and stickers. For the price it is excellent value and would recommend this for under 5 year olds.

Great source of entertainment for 2 year old grandson, who loves opening and closing doors. It was relatively easy to assemble but needs two people .However one of the door hinges broke after only two days - they should be made of stronger material, The toys are not kept in store and do not have any spares! Another house is being ordrered in from which the hinges will be taken. Surely it makes sense to have spares/stronger hinges? Main thing is - little chap loves it

Much cheaper than many of the plastic wendy houses on the market, this was easy to erect and a good size with extra fenced areas. (It's actually described as a farm on the box). There's room for a play kitchen in the house. The components appear flimsy but that's not a problem once they are connected. I bought it for my granddaughter's first birthday and she and her 3 year old brother love it. Only problem was I had to take it out of the box to get it in the car!
