This is exceptionally cheap and a perfect size for indoor use. A couple of toddlers could fit inside but probably only one school age child. The material fabric is very light and could rip if exposed a sharp corner on a book/furniture. It is not at all suitable for UV protection if used outside. If you have used 'pop-up' tents before it is designed in the same way. The retaining strap that holds it folded is made of cardboard rather than fabric so will not last the test of time but I get the impression that the tent is not designed to endure many folding/unfolding cycles. The metal wiring in the outside edge of the fabric feels a similar size to that used for wire coat hangers - so if not folded correctly the wire would bend permanently (rather than flex & roll)so ruining the tent. Its ideal for smaller children and small enough to travel with. At £7.99 I can't really complain but will not be appropriate if you are looking for something robust or for older children.

Toddler loves it, almost lives in it. Tall enough for toddler to stand up in, several flaps to play pee-po through. Folds small, but look carefully how it's packed when opening first time as folding instructions aren't clear.Great for the price and way cheaper than the alternatives.Really minor issues: No weight in bottom so tips easily, fixed by filling base with cushions and blankets which also makes it cozy. One side has a large circular hole in for the popup tunnel - if you don't have the tunnel there is nothing to cover it, if you do have tunnel there is a bit of a gap round it. Side with slit could do with a few more velcro patches to stop it gaping.

Very easy to pop up and fold away, lovely bright colours. I was a little worried about the material being too flimsy but my 13month old is constantly pulling her self up on it and the dog has decided to use it as a hideaway when the baby gets too much, and no rips or tears so far! The reason for 4 stars... I am a little disappointed that you cannot fill it with plastic balls easily as the door frames are very close to the ground so only holds a thin layer of balls. Not quite the ball pit effect I wanted. But my daughter (and dog) loves it and it was a good price.

We had a pop up tent before that didnt last more than a few days as the frame was snapped by my boisterious toddler and his friends abusing it. However, this one is great. I think it is excellent value for money and it folds flat (and pops up) so no need to attach tubes etc to assemble. My toddler loves to play in it and we've had it in the back garden and all over and its still as good as new. I think it can also attach other extensions (like tunnels) although I'm not 100% sure. If we had a big enough garden I think we would definitely use this option.

I bought this together with the pop up tunnel for my one year old grandson to play in on his visits this winter. He loves it! It's incredibly easy to "pop up" but difficult to refold and "pop down". The graphic instructions are impossible to follow. even when I found a couple of demo films on You Tube, I was still utterly baffled. My daughter folded it in a trice! So if you're an oldie like me, make sure you have a younger person around to fold it up again. Apart from this it's a brilliant buy, cheap and loads of fun for grandchildren.

One year old grandson loves this tent which we bought in conjunction with a bag of. 200 plastic balls and a play tunnel, creating his own little ball pool in our lounge! Not sure how durable this tent will be, it's made of a papery fabric but so far it's standing up to some fairly robust play. The only thing I don't like is the Velcro tab to close the tent flaps on one of sides, unnecessary and annoying. Erects and folds easily, goes backi in the box and stores under our sofa, winner!

My 13 month old LOVES his tent, so the small outlay of £7.50 was paid back within days just in the smiles and giggles from my boy!It is however very lightweight so it falls over all the time, but for the money it is great value.I bought the tube from the same brand and was disappointed that it didn't have any Velcro patches on the tent or tube to attach them both together, if I ever get the time I will try to sew some on to make the two fit together

My 21 month-old son got this tent for Christmas. He loves crawling in and out of it. It does set up easily, but it took my husband and I quite awhile to figure out how to fold it down. I was so afraid I'd accidentally bend or break one of the poles in the process. I also don't know that I would let my son play in it outside as it's made out of a very sturdy material. But for the price, you get what you pay for, and it's loads of fun for my little guy!

Absolutely great. For the price you cannot beat this little joyful and colorful tent. My toddler has been playing in it since age 1 and still loves hiding and napping in it! It is easy to fold away when needed and therefore never takes that much space. My friends always ask about it because their kids love it too so have given it as a gift as well. The tunnel of the same brand is an excellent addition for a toddler.

Sturdy... Played with the kid and got stuck inside the hole and the door, basically wearing the tent as a shirt... Tried to cut it, nothing, tried to snap the metal frame, nothing... Tried to tear it and pull anddl twist and and and... After 5h trying I had to call the firemen with their hydraulic scissors they'd use to open crashed cars... kid found it hilarious... So great product to make your kid laugh!

this was brilliant for my niece who is two yrs old, soon as it opened she stayed in it for an hour with some toys, it is flimsy but a pillow helps to keep it steady and i would not recommend trying to fold it completely down again as it is slightly difficult but can fold in half -flat very easily. i would buy this again as its worth the money even though i found it cheaper by £2 at argos.

I wash actually very impressed with this tent! Pops up easily and it maintained the correct shape. Was fine putting down etc for storage. Perfect for an instant tent play for the kids. We had a more expensive one that you had to 'build' by Velcro-ing all the sides together and basically it was frustrating as fell apart after 2 minutes. So I would highly recommend a pop up one like this.

I must 1st mention the super speedy delivery, I didnt even pay extra and ordered the item after 5pm. It arrived the next morning!! Was quite shocked but very pleased. Ordered 2 so our pop up tunnel has one each end, my girls love them. Provide hours of fun, even the dog enjoys running through them. Great indoors or outdoors when the the weather is nice. Id defo recommend and buy again.

I bought this product purely for exercising my snakes in, when I am cleaning out their viv's I put around 6 corn snakes in there with branches water etc and they could not be happier, even my Royals and Carpet Pythons love it , just a quick wipe when they go back in their normal enclosures and bobs your uncle, easy to pop up and despite the reviews very easy to fold down great stuff.

My little girl is 12 months old and loves this tent. I bought it as a tester and was well worth the money. Knowing how much she likes it I would have got a bigger more sturdy one, but if you have limited space this is perfect. She does tend to knock it over which is part of the fun, but you may not want you little one to do this?
