We initially bought a cheaper house for our 2 year old (it weighed 9kg and within a week my son had knocked it over)! So we researched and found this great house which weighs 25kg! It is a solid house and my son love it! He is now a bit older and even climbs on the roof! This house will be in our yard for years to come! It is also nice because you can add a lot of little fun things onto the house! The house is just the base ... there is a fence, picnic table and all sorts of other things you can add on that a fun for your child! We love this house! It was a great purchase! I took my husband and I about an hour to assemble - the instructions are pretty clear!
