Delivered within week. Fabulous little playhouse, recipient grandson with autism delighted also doubles up as small chill n calm down zone for him in already small house. Perfect early birthday & early Christmas present! Plus 5 mins for his mum to actually enjoy a hot cup of coffee! Thank you.

Certainly takes two adults to assemble, once assembled sturdiness improves thickness is fine, easy to screw in and holes in the correct places.
