We bought this last year and it's really done well in our garden. We have a 1&2 year old so they both enjoy playing on it.Build is very stable and well constructed - it even can take my weight (95kg).One point no-one has mentioned, is that you can make the slide int a waterslide by attaching a hose. I haven't tried this yet, but looks like it will work well.Someone put that water stays in the grooves. In response to that, there are pilot holes which you need to drill out, however ours always get clogged with stuff from our oak trees. I have thought of drilling more/bigger holes for this but haven't yet.Over the winter the colour hasn't faded and I have jet washed it to get rid of sap.

After reading the reviews, I was a bit worried that it was going to be a ballache to put together. However, after finding an old bit of metal in the garage that was just the right size, my partner put it together pretty easily. I stood and watched and gave the occasional useless comment. But he hardly swore, so a job well done. Our daughter absolutely loves it. So much so, that she's been out in her pants and wellies all day, literally had to drag her inside. Lovely little playhouse for any toddler. Can't wait to have her little friends over to share the fun.

Amazing!!! My little one was trying to play on it before it was finished. She found the box fun too. Nice and sturdy and she loves playing peek a boo through the window shutters. We drilled some holes in the floor to allow the rain to drain away and the instructions were rubbish but well worth it. Lock down would of been unbearable without this.

i bought this for my grandson and he loves it easy to put together helps if there's two of youthe only criticism i have is if it rains the reinforcing gulley's fill with water and are hard to dry out i have drilled holes in each gulley and so after a spot of rain it soon dries out perhaps it doesn't rain in France ?

Pleased with purchase, was quite easy to assemble and yes I’m a woman lol. The only problem was that the holes you push the stilts in a few of them had not been cut out but a hammer and chisel done the trick.Daughter loves it and I get some peace while sitting in the garden so good all round.

Instructions are ok, if you're used to the sort you get with flat pack stuff.Takes quite a while to out together for one person but not difficult. All plastic parts slot together pretty well with no dangerous sharp edges.Daughter loves it and can see her playing in it for a good few years.

Amazing, absolutely amazing. Took me and my husband over 2 hours to assemble, but we were taking it steady. The house is sturdy, stable and good quality. Well worth the money I paid and the kids love it!!

Bought for our 2 yr old grand daughters 2nd birthdays. Children up to 8 yrs of age we’re playing on it. They had a great time. Very strong and sturdy, easy to assemble. Definitely worth the money

Very impressed with the quality and how easy it was to assemble. I assembled it on my own and it probably took me about an hour and a half in total instructions of very easy to follow

I didn’t find assembly east loads of screws but lovely house bought for my two year old grandsons he has no trouble climbing the ladder purchase the door bell too which he loves also

Easily assembled house on my own (and not DIY savvy) though took me a bit longer than the quoted 2 hours. My little one loves the house and it is great for imaginative play.

Love this little house... was looking for one for ages... easy assembly once you follow the instructions... it took exactly 1.5 hours... highly recommended for smallies

Very good playhouse. Easy to assemble and comes base and holding down bolts. The only thing it would it to have is holes to drain water rain through the floor.

I bought this for my granddaughter she loves it. Its a shame there is only room for a small chair inside but she is happy. Hard to put up but very sturdy.

Granddaughters of 5 and 3 love this and play in it all the time.Easy to build and durable, also attractive and fun. The water slide is especially good
