Each nosing and sipping delivers exquisite, stylish and flavourful complexity in luxurious form. My only slight issue with the 25 is that it's probably spoilt me a bit for my usual go to whiskys. I taste-tested this with my nearest alternatives... A Glenmorangie 18, a Glenlivet 18, and a Glenfiddich 18.For the price you should expect a lot. For the age you should expect a lot... It nearly delivers. Not quite though, and I'd probably save the extra cash and buy one of the 18s again instead next time.It stands up against the GM and GF for complexity, and the GL for the slow, long and pleasing after-burn. It just doesn't go any further, and for that reason I'd prefer to save the £30-50!

Bought as a 25th Wedding Anniversary present for my 'malt whisky aficionado' husband. Well packaged, quick delivery (was worried at the estimated delivery time stated whilst ordering but needn't have been because it came, from Germany, within a week).My husband was thrilled with it and each time he has a glass comments on how nice it is. Ideal for a gift if the '25 year' label reflects a birthday or anniversary but also a lovely smooth malt, at the best price on the web; a great buy.

Really nice whisky however not worth the extra money over the superb 15 year old, save your money and buy that, this needs a small drop of water and plenty of time to settle in the glass, the whisky opened up a little once the bottle was opened and I went back to it a few weeks later not saying this is bad by any means infanct it's super just buy it if you have whisky drinking experience and be patient with it.

Wow ... just wow. Twice as much as i've ever spent on a bottle of scotch but it was all courtesy of World Cup fantasy football winnings so why not. Amazing stuff and the best i've had by a stretch. Sweet and fruity with a long finish of oak and leather.

My dad likes his whiskey so for a special occasion I got him a bottle of this. He loves it but treats it like each sip costs a 100 quid... i keep telling him to just enjoy it or it will be 50 sodding years aged by the time he finishes it

Good value 25 year old sherried whiskey needs water but that's by no means a bad thing. A bargain in today's whiskey prices wish I purchased more at Amazon's special offer price hopefully they will do the same soon !!

I wasn't impressed when I first opened the bottle but 5 months later what a beast. The 15 is my regular sipper but the 25 is like the 15 on steroids. Absolutely fantastic after it has opened up.

First bottle I got was near perfection...BUT next two were disappointing..so in my subjective olfactory opinion,batches are quite different...that's why Glengoyne is my fave over this one!!!!

Excellent whiskey, though it doesn't come cheap. I suppose it's not that expensive since it's 25 years old and the price is comparable to the price of other premium/old whiskies.

An epic dram. Occasionally on offer at a low price but even at 'full price' it's great value for a 25 yo. Really well balanced and a finish that lasts forever.

A very fine whisky how ever I do not believe it warrants such an high price, the cheaper Glenfarclas I have found as good if not even better .

Super dram! Fantastic whisky with complex flavours. Leave it in the glass for 10 mins before drinking and will taste even better.

Absolutely lovely. Very smooth malt. Fraser crane drank it on one of his Fraser episodes, so it's good enough for me.

Tremendous whisky for this price. Cheaper than all other 25 year old single malt whiskys and at a bargain price.
