I use these in my multi-compartment internal aquarium filter as they're really convenient and great value.The only downside to my most recent delivery was the knock a door run driver who couldn't wait the 10 seconds it took for me to answer the door. The package was left on the floor by my bin. Luckily it wasn't raining this afternoon. The photo of my safe place in my tracking confirmation wasn't actually my house, it was a different property halfway down the street.

Fine charcoal in three media bags! Last for weeks. Cleaning water from any cloudiness. Great for use after medication of your fish tank to clean up the water. Also I put one bag in to my turtle tank filter and noticed that the water stayed clean for longer (usually my messy turtles water‘s turning yellow after 2-3 days but with this media 7 days until my next change and water looking much cleaner then without). Highly recommend! 5 stars

For many years I have been using carbon filter to keep the water in hyacinth bulb vases clean. This year saw the last of the large bag I bought from a specialist aquatics shop and I decided to see if I could find a replacement on "amazon". This was the product I found and it is very much to be preferred as the carbon comes in 3 small packs instead of one big bag and is thus much more easily used as/when the times round again next year.

I use these in my non-fluval filter and they fit perfectly between my foam/wool and biological media. They keep my tank crystal clear and odour free and last about 6 weeks. Choose these as they are a good fit and come in handy mesh bags so no emptying old carbon out and putting new in. 3 in a pack so lasts me about 4 1/2 months. Excellent value for just under £5 :)

Arrived on time and well packaged.Good value for money.Individual replacement net bags of charcoal.Very quick and easy to use.These are a good alternative to loose charcoal as there is virtually no mess.A simple hassle free filter change.These work really well with our Juwel 125 l tank filter system.Would definitely purchase again.5*

My aquarium was having a few water quality issues and I needed something to help fix the water quality. After replacing my older carbon filter with this product within a few days the water quality had improved. I also noticed that the water had become clearer which is an added bonus. Just remember to rinse this before adding to the aquarium!

These are fantastic for using to mop up any medications after using in your aquarium for a few days. I don't put these in my filter anymore as I have a planted tank so charcoal does not go well with the fertilizer needed for good growing plants as it can soak up some of the nutrients

These are brilliant for my fish tank filter. They really keep the water clean and this helps keep my fish healthy. These come in little mesh bags. There are 3 bags within the box.

Came very quick forgot change my carbon bag after cycle tank it wasn't pretty the used bag. Few days after replaced the bag few days later water clear no smell in tank10\10

our filter carbon needed replacing for cold water fish. this was smaller than the original carbon pellets in size but has proven to work as effectively. comes in 3 x bags

Not quite the product I wanted however I've made use of them and these appear to work as part of the filtration system for my fish tank which contains tropical fish.
