I have a largish tank with the U3 pump and these pads are the official ones and do the job very nicely. I don't like to mess about with cheaper versions that might upset the delicate climate for my little guys. Only two goldies but they are messy chaps so a decent filter is needed. I would recommend the U3 and these pads to anyone. Easy to change. Good value compared to the shops, where a pack of two tends to be about 7 quid so work it out for yourselves.

i was dubious about using this type of filter as the foam pads were doing a great job but using this type of filter in conjunction with the foam pads has brought a lovely clarity to the aquarium and more importantly removed some of the impurities that had exsisted previously. finally, the post was extreemly quick.

Arrived promptly and as described, fitted my filet perfectly. It had made a real difference to my water quality, I was hesitant to change too much inside my filter in one go as I have a good selection of life in the tank and didn't want to disturb but the change had made noticable improvements

I love the Fluval products and find they are the best at keeping my tank clean. I have Black Moors which are very dirty but with the Fluval filter you hardly ever see anything in the tank. Having tried a few different systems this is definitely the one I will continue to use

I get these for my tropical tank. They do the job nicely and this option is good value. I dont change them anywhere near as often as recommended but do wash them out when i do the monthly water change. I've been doing this for years with no ill effects as far as I can tell.

These do a very good job as part of the U3 filter system, and typically each side will last you 4weeks before rinsing alone is not enough! In this bulk-buy format the value is better than buying a single 2-pack.

This product is one that I use on regular basis for my fish tank. Very happy wth the product, speed of delivery and value for money. Delivery saves my a round trip of 50 miles in order to buy it from a store.

I was hesitant to buy as the description made it sound like these were sold individually but I can confirm that these are one box with two cartridges. Very happy to discover this. Excellent product

These are the only ones I use now you cannot beat fluval products for their quality. The cheap copies are definitely not the same would highly recommend FLUVAL.FROM ANGIE IN SHEFFIELD

the polycarbon filter works great beforeo bought my fluvalwater pump i had a interpet one it was a waste of money so yes everything to do with the fluval are great so thanks c chapman

What can you say, if you have this filter you need this filter media. Mine was original product, arrived on time and the price was better than in any of our local stores.

I WOULD NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE.THEY DO SEEM TO LAST QUITE WELL BETWEEN TANK CLEANS.FOR WHAT THEY ARE,YES THEY ARE A BIT DEAR,BUT IF YOU NEED THEM,YOU HAVE TO HAVE THEM.

I’m pleased with the filters, as they’re an essential part of the Fluval pump, whichkeeps the tank water healthy. If the tank water’s right, the fish flourish.

Direct replacement. We clean them 3 or 4 times then we replace them with these. Makes cleaning the tank and filter a lot faster.
