Surprisingly good hand exerciser. I have bought several hand exercisers in the past this is for me the best one I have found so far. As it is made from rubber the harder you squeeze the more resistance you get from it which makes it very useful. As your hands strengthen and you can squeeze harder the hand exerciser provides more resistance which is excellent. Also by squeezing it between your fingers and thumb it strengthens your thumb improving your pinch grip which other hand exercisers just cant address.I found it to be far superior to the "spring loaded" hand exercisers with handles as it is smaller cheaper more comfortable and gives much better results across all fingers of the hand. The egg shape fits very nicely into your hand and it really does develop your grip. It can go anywhere with you and is very convenient.

Originally all I wanted was a stress ball to keep my idle hands from becoming destructive or overly demonstrative in the office while listening to nitwits blither on. And on. And on... I'd perfected patience in every other sense but my hands still gave me away every time! Anyway, I found this power egg thingy which not only fulfils the stress ball function I was looking for, but it's also firm enough to make it feel like I'm doing my hands good. In fact, that strange pain I'd been ignoring in the root of my thumb has lessened with the use of this item. And if things get REALLY bad, its firm enough to have some real effect when its thrown at someone!Update: Had to buy another one because my hubby "borrowed" mine.Made him keep the medium strength one though, kept the firmest one form myself!

Excellant. I've wanted these for quite a while but they were something I never quite got around to buying. With arthritic joints becoming more of a nuisance, with constant pain in my finger joints particularly, I thought using these to keep the joints active could only do good. I was right .... after just 3 days there was a noted lessening of pain and increased flexibility. To get into the habit of using them I always carry one in my trouser pocket and play with it whenever I'm not carrying or doing anything else. Goodness knows what other people think when I walk down the road, hand in pocket playing with something .... but hey, that's their problem ... it does me good and thats what counts.Go on .... give it a go :-)

I purchased this for my friend as a stress ball. I was slightly worried about ordering it, as I wasn't sure what the material would be like or if it would even be suitable for my intended use, however, I had no reason to worry. The medium grip egg is perfectly fine for a stress ball and wrist exerciser - it feels very sturdy and my friend has been using it since April 2016 and it's still in very good condition. However, if dropped, the egg does pick up a lot of sticky residue from the ground, and upon taking it out of the package it also feels quite sticky, but this goes away after a while and it doesn't affect the use of it at all. I found the price to be very fair, and therefore I would order it again.

I was diagnosed with ADHD a while ago and this was the perfect gift to myself. During lectures, rather than distracting others or losing focus, I'd simply do grip exercises or play catch with myself. It sounds sad, but now I'm pretty sure I could break bones with my handshake! The egg itself fits into my small hands perfectly and doesn't hurt my wallet either. From personal usage and abuse I'm certain of it's longetivity. The only thing I'd change is the colour - although it's good at hiding dirt.Hope this helps - five stars * * * * *

Great product. I Injured my wrist years back while boxing. I didn't do anything about it then, didn't see a doctor. Recently it was causing me some problems when I fell and broke the fall with the same injured hand. I couldn't put weight on it as it was painful. I bought the item (along with some rubber-bands)for a type of D.I.Y. physiotherapy, and now my wrist feels great.I can put weight on it again. But I realise that I should have consulted my doctor first, going to make an appointment, wish me luck!

I purchased the pink soft hand exerciser as I've recently had Carpal Tunnel surgery on both hands. At first I could just gently squeeze with my fingers, but now I can use a bit more pressure using the palms of my hands. I find it's an ideal shape and I like the softness for my condition as I can increase the pressure to try and build my muscles up as my hands continue to improve. Also great stress reliever. Far better than a Smiley face stress ball.

I play the flute and I was having problems with my left hand thumb and it was getting so painful that playing was becoming an issue. I thought this would help and it has. It made me realise how weak my left hand was and using it on a daily basis for a few minutes a day, has not only strengthed my thumb and hand, it has made my fingers more flexible. A must for all flute players! I would recommend this product.

I Bought the egg because I have very small hands and I thought it would be better to use as it will be smaller then a ball and easier to hold. I Ordered the strong one because i have a lot of problems with me right hand and get a lot of pain and have problems holding things But was supprised how soft it was. Having said that it is still a good exerciser and the shape is good.

My mother experiences a slight stiffness on her hand, possibly due to early stages of arthritis, so we thought this might help. Indeed the egg shape fits her hand perfectly and is so much better than the usual hand exerciser balls. I got the medium one and it is very effective, without putting too much strain on her hand. The colour we got is a lovely purple.

Bought this as a gift for my husband for christmas and he love's it, bought the strong one and even i can do it, i dont see the point in buying the soft or medium unless you have problems with your hands/fingers as even if you can only do a few seconds/minutes you can build up the strength in your hands

Have had this for about a month now, I keep it by my keyboard at work and give it about 10 squeezes whenever I think of it. Its hard to say for sure if its the egg's doing but I think my wrist pain (when doing pushups for example) is substantially less because my wrists are stronger.

I bought this for my gran after she had broken her wrist and had the pot taken off. At first she found it quite heavy in comparison to the "Happy Yellow Ball" I bought. However, as her wrist has improved, she has found this invaluable to continue her therapy. Good product.

I found this product on the off chance through Amazon, as I was looking for something to help strengthen my tendons and provide dexterity to my hands and fingers. This product does that and is ergonomic in its design, which is a benefit to the end-user.

bought this for my mum who was struck down after a short illness with terrible arthritis in most of her joints .Her hands were particularly effected badly. She finds this egg shaped exerciser a great help which she uses in conjunction with physio.
