I didn't buy this for myself initially because I prefer to sit crossed legged on the floor, I bought it for my children who slouch sitting at the dinner table. Sitting on the floor for extended periods of time however is not that great for the body, and I was finding more problems with my knee joints. So I tried the togu, and voila, 5 stars. It works very well for people who just want to use it on the floor, You can open up your hips and tilt your pelvis continually shifting for comfort. Last time I had to go abroad and could only take hand luggage I was seriously considering still trying to take it, and the reasons I didn't were it might not get through security and on that trip I would be doing a lot of standing and walking. For those people who sit on the floor cross legged or kneeling down, get it! It's very comfortable.

I have tried out many different types of this ball cushion, I have given this Togu Dynair ball cushion a five star rating because it is in my opinion, excellent! It is just right and really helps with my balance and inner core strength as I have problems with my sitting balance and standing balance. Compared to other Ball cushions it is not hard and not too soft and is very comfortable to sit or stand on.I would recommend this to anyone with balance problems it helps build up your inner core strength.I love the fact that it comes in Purple most are in either Blue or Green. The quality of the ball cushion is second to none, from the look and touch of the materials this item will last you a long time and would be hard to puncture unlike other ball cushions I have tried.

I use it for work as a chair cushion, as recommended by an osteopath. Perfect if you have some back problems and need to sit for long period of times at work or when travelling. It enables to maintain a good posture and by doing so, help you work your lower back and abdominal muscles. It does take some time at the start to get used to it (it actually causes some pain at the beginning, so maybe don't try and sit on it for a whole day straight away, go progressively) but once you have gained enough muscles strength back and your body is used to it, you can use it all day, no problem.

Great idea I loved the simplicity of the product & it's construction. Can be used almost anywhere home or work. It's portable so can be moved around with you.If you don't like gyms or find it hard to motivate yourself to exercise this is definitely for you. You barely notice it's doing anything once you get used to it although the benefits are felt with only a short period of use. I noticed a difference after the first two weeks. The only downside I found being made of a latex/rubber material it is hot to sit on, some kind of thin material cover helps.Would definitely recommend

Second TOGU Dynair Ball Cushion I've bought in the last month (this time I ordered the little pump, too). The cushion is excellent, I can only say good things. I've suffered a chronic lumbar back problem for the last 10 years, and have had surgery and other procedures in the last 2 years. This is a super addition to my physio/core work! I've tried it for two weeks, each day, and can't believe how much looser my back feels. Better than a large ball, actually. I now have two, one for home and one to take places with me. Truthfully, buy one and see how helpful they are!

This is the second cushion I have bought. One is kept downstairs; the other, upstairs. Both are brilliant!I suffered a compressed muscle, the result of sitting in a computer chair that should have been replaced. My physiotherapist had "this" cushion and I tried it and fell for it. I have not regretted that decision. My pain has disappeared but I still use the cushions to help with ,y posture. I don't want a pain like that again!!

Very good for your back, it feels a bit strange at the beginning and you feel stiff after a couple of days of using it but because your muscles are adjusting to it. Every time I don't use it my shoulders hurt, so it works for me. The bad thing is that after sitting on it for several hours, my legs/backside are a bit numb so I guess it'd be better if I stood up and move more often. Otherwise I love it!

After using one at physio after my ankle op I've invested in my own. I love it. Easily holds my weight (8.5 stone)Brilliant for balance and posture and the unexpected shifts in weight whilst stood on it really helps supple up my ankle. Will no doubt use it to sit on after I'm done as I suffer back problems and after reading everyone else's review it looks good for that too! A product not wasted!

My physiotherapist recommended this particular brand and it has made a real difference to my comfort when sitting. I also stand on it, especially when I am on a hard floor at work, and it is portable as well as being adaptable to your needs. It doesn't require inflating, unlike a gym ball, so there is no need for a pump - I am impressed by the quality and the simple but so effective design.

I bought this because a 'wobble cushion' had been suggested to me by a physiotherapist to help with my balance, I am disabled. I also do Pilates classes and this is designed to help with 'core stability'. I just sit on it when I am at the computer, but the literature tells you that other exercises are possible.Delivery from Germany was quick and efficient, and the cushion was well packed.

I use this Ball Cushion to carry out core strength exercises after back surgery and I find it very effective despite being considerably smaller than the gym ball I was previously using. If you are looking for kit for physio or pilates but don't have much room then this is the item for you. Also this brand provides an online guarantee.

We got this after starting a physio- pilates class. It sits around our flat and we stand on it every time we see it and do a short balance. In two weeks I've gone from only being able to do 3 seconds on one foot on solid ground to 20 seconds on one foot on this uneven surface. It's very sturdy and shows no signs of letting up!

This was recommended by my osteopath to help aid my recovery from lower back issues.Seems very good and would have had 5* if it was not for the fact that it comes with no instructions on inflation etc and worse still no adaptor for the valve.I have discovered it needs a so called needle adaptor as used on footballs.

I was recommended this balance ball by a NHS physio. I have used it successfully to increase my balance, mobility/glutes firing/recovering from avulsion fracture. It travels flat in carry on luggage on your travels. All my Personal Training clients are now using it as part of their routine. @christinabohanefitness

I learned about this product from an acquaintance who uses one of these Togu Ballkissen from Germany. Before, I had been experiencing lower back discomfort and was looking for ways to keep my back limber. I use mine in my chair at work and it really does work.
