I was looking for an alternative (and less expensive) version of the BOSU as I have found it one of the most useful pieces of equipment at the gym. I have used it to strengthen core muscles after an injury and particularly to work on balance. As this is always in demand at the gym I wanted to have something I could work with at home. The Dome Pro is really strong and does everything that the BOSU does for a far cheaper price. It was really easy to set up just needed inflating.I cannot recommend it highly enough if you are already working with the BOSU and want to work out at home. If you need recommendations for exercises to do with this there are lots of videos on Youtube.

Our local Gym purchased one of these and found it extremly versatile for my needs. Good for many exercises and stable when on base or for more of a challenge turn over on to ball. Be warned though, this one is more for home use, as the one in our Fitness centre, the Base has become deformed through fairly heavy use. I understand there is a more heavy duty version available but fairly expensive.

Great quality air dome pro does exactly the same as the much more expensive bosu ball im very pleased with my purchase and would shop again
