This product is brilliant if you want a small, cheap, great sounding hi-res music player that can take huge micro SD cards if you don’t need Bluetooth audio, WiFi / online music.It’s got great battery usage life as well as standby battery life.The screen is nice / clear and large for the size of the player.Since the 1.1.0 update it’s UI is much quicker and has one great features su CJ as in car mode where it turns itself (quickly) on and off as your car engine is started and stops.It’s goes incredibly loud but this can be set at a maximum in “PO” (phono out) setting for headphone use and the for playing through a stereo through a 3.5mm jack can be set to “LO” (line out)

I did research before buying and ytube as well..The fiio is mid range mp3 but at £82 that's enough to pay..Some are £700 price of a car?AnywayReally good sound output.. Loud(lossless)Need a sim card but mines 1 terabyte now..Format once in deviceName sim card in settingsAndYou will have no problemsOtherwiseIf you do not name your sim the fiio has a tendancy to change from English to ChineseBloody annoyingAnyway thats a tip but it's a great sound loudTheOnly thing that annoys me is the set EQNomatter what the brand this setting is dated and needs bringing into 2021Personalization like on the old Sony walkmansTrebleBassAnd i agreeMp3 are not dead they are there for the true music fan who appreciates

This plays MP3s well and has a good sound quality through my wired headphones- this is all I am bothered about as it is all I want the player for. I wasn't able to check the authenticity of the product as the instructions included didn't give me all the information I needed to use the website easily- I am not bothered about updating the firmware. The instructions aren't too good to facilitate easy use of the menus in the player- I am still sussing it, mainly by trial and error. I have set the player up to do what I want it to- it is good that it resumes where I left off listening when I last switched it off.

The product is fantastic..... Smooth touch... The sound quality of m3pro has beaten the sony walkman sound quality which was best till now it's so fine so smooth so relaxing hits straight of ya mind for producing euphoric effect with balanced bass... The body is of glass on the both sides.. Well no issues of powering on and off.... But fiio makers should update their firware software with custom equilizers as they did for m3k but remember it's a software thing they can update any time nothing wrong in the device.. I shud probably wait for latest firmware with custom equilizers..... Well if u wanna try the finest sound quality ever produced try m3pro... U won't regret

Outstanding product! Exceeded expectations! The main reason I had bought this was for its USB-out-to-DAC ability. But its ESS chip beats the Burr Brown of my iFi Zen DAC hands down. To all the jingoistic fools out there, learn to create products like these first before thumping your hollow nationalist chests.

This puppy takes a huge 2tb SD. If you can find one! So you need a large collection but if you have one this is highly recommended. Good for classical, rock or jazz. Reasonable battery. No protective sleeve or pouch provided or available. Very nice interface and sound quality.

Great little device. Buttons can be a bit confusing to work at first when moving between tracks but once you get the hang of it they work fine. Music quality and loudness are great.
