I was in two minds to get this or not i got this and i actually really like it its not the boldest bourbon but it has mid complexity but so incredibly smooth real easy drinking but with just the right amount of heat 43% hits that real sweet spot highly reccomended enjoy! Alot of people on here are comparing to much more expensive bourbon which a isnt fair but b shows for the price what you get its like comparing a clio to a buggati veron.... i dare say the clio will win! Specially if you have to insure out of your own pocket the fact is for the age and price you arent getting better and also the fact elijah craig has gone to no age statement i dare say the price of this will rise rightly so worth every penny.

Sweet, Smooth and a little bit of fire. I love this Bourbon. After trying their entry level straight bourbon I just had to have this when I saw a good price reduction. I like mine with just a dash a water. This whisky really does stand above others in this price range and is now a firm favourite of mine.

good quality bourbon nice easy sipper really well made no corn glue smells or flavours which is good not the biggest tasting whisky but shows its age better than any jack Daniels special edition

Excellent bourbon. I got the 2004 version and it was much nicer than I expected. I find it very smooth with a coconuty taste to it, but I know everybody palete is different! Very moorish

Not an expert but prefer Evan Williams over JD.This high end version is a little too Scotch-like for me to sip neat. I'll stick to the cheap stuff next time. This is wasted on me.

I’m going to be brief. I purchased this in a lightning deal and it was extremely smooth. My friend remarked on the quality. It didn’t last long, so much for friends.

Great bourbon but it is v subjective. Not mass produced muck. Whether the taste suits you is another thing altogether. But, an extremely high quality product.

Strong smooth tasty nice complexity at a reasonable price good neat sipper whiskey ,already addaed another bottle to the drinks cabinet selection

Really nice full flavoured bourbon, sweet and spicey. Let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes to bring out the more subtle flavours and enjoy.

Very good bourbon for the price. Sweetness (that you'd expect from bourbon) is balanced by spiciness - presumably from the rye.

Wow! This is a smoother Bourbon than I had expected with wonderful complex aftertaste. It won't be lasting very long.

Very nice smooth bourbon with lots of complex flavour and after tastes. Love it. Shame I finished it so quickly!
