Because of the colour it stands out amongst all the clutter in the average kitchen drawer meaning its easy to find.Not only that It is a great pastry brush . It cannot shed hairs like the old fashioned type. As a result it is much more hygenic !!

The handle is very uncomfortable to hold and use. Not very easy to clean, due to weird corners on the handle.The brush itself is standard and did its job.
