The red locks are of cheap quality and they appear to break much too easily. It's impossible to find the cooling elements of the right size, unless you bought them alongside the box (but this is a different item and is only available on German websites for delivery only to Germany, but not to the UK). Dr Oetker normally provides high quality items but this product is disappointing.

This was not a cheap item and the clip that holds the base and lid together snapped on the first use. It is definitely not sturdy enough being only a little thicker than a cocktail stick. I shall be contacting the seller for a replacement.Also I have no idea why the description says stainless steel when it is obviously plastic.
