Excellent product and does exactly what it says, that is, it is flexible but firm when filled and it really is non-stick - some cheaper versions aren't. It is easy to clean and the contents be it a cake, pie, sponge or whatever looks very attractive and edible when set against the colourful mould. Recommended.

The item arrived very fast, in a good and safe package. I always wanted a big flan mould, and this is of very good quality.
