This thing is awesome. You can do a whole cake mix box of cupcakes in one batch in the oven. Why would you ever want a pan that just does 12!? Have something that only makes 12? Cool, you can still use this pan, just don't use all the holes! This pan is also great for making appetizers that require a muffin tin. Generally I need more than 12 appetizers for a party. This pan makes it so I can easily churn out high numbers of appetizers from the oven to please my guests. It is a big pan, but fits nicely in the drawer under my oven. It is less awkward than the smaller pan in that drawer as the smaller pan would make the other pans all helter skelter because it wasn't as big.The non-stick is nice.I've used it a couple times and even baked on stuff has come off easily. I don't put my non-stick items in the dishwasher (ever!) so I hope that the non-stick lasts for awhile. At this point I've only used it 2 times with no issues.

You need a full-sized oven to use these, but if you do, they are so freaking convenient when making large batches of cupcakes! One thing that I expected was that the cupcakes on the outside would cook faster than the ones in the middle, and I was right. It didn't matter so much to me b/c I was covering the tops with frosting, but it could be an issue if I wanted part of the cupcakes to show, because the edges would brown a little too much to my liking.I also found that I couldn't put 2 of these sheets in the oven at the same time without having to constantly open the oven and switch them up on the racks and turn them around and such, which made the pans a little less time-saving than you'd hope.Still, what I would do was fill up one pan, put it in the oven, and while that batch was baking, fill up the next pan and get it ready. I'd definitely use them again, and I'd recommend them for large batches of cupcakes.

I have been baking for a lot of years and have used my 12 - Cup pans. I thought I would try this 24 - Cup pan. I am a little disappointed (and I should have thought of this) because the cupcakes around the perimeter of the pan bake more than the inner ones because the heat doesn't circulate throughout the oven and is concentrated around the sides and back. I can easily use two 12 Cup pans in my oven and there is space between them to allow the air to flow all around. I have not tried the 24 Cup pan in my newer convection oven in my other kitchen. That may make a difference but for now I will go back using the smaller pans. Or I may drill some holes through the center area to allow better air flow.Other than that, they work fine.

This pan is life changing if you bake often. Previously, I had to make 2 or 3 sets of cupcakes in my oven because 2 pans wouldn't fit quite right. Now I can make 2 dozen cupcakes in half the time! It fits perfectly in my oven and the finish is easy to wash. Although the pan is darker, I have not had to change the temperature setting on recipes. As a bonus, I often decorate and transport the cupcakes in the pan because they won't shift. I find that I bake more often since I purchased the pan because it is so much easier than with my old pans. With 4 kids, I often have to send baked goods to school or activities. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner. I highly recommend this pan!

I just used this for the first time tonight and baked 91 cupcakes in a little over 2 hours! I lost 5 in my 1st batch, but made some adjustments and the next 3 batches came out perfect. For my oven, I set a timer for 8 minutes and flip the pan 180°, then set the timer for another 8 minutes. I originally did 10 minutes and 10 minutes, but that was too long and I burned a few. I can now have 24 cupcakes (1 box of cake mix) in less than 20 minutes, which is crazy to me! This pan takes up my entire oven, but as long as you flip it in time, you'll get an even bake. These cupcakes are 91/500 that I'm freezing for an event and this pan is going to cut my work in half!

My puppy has chewed through multiple plastic dog crate trays and I was fed up with replacing them. I looked into several metal replacements, but the ones designed specifically for dogs were $60+ and unfinished, leaving a dark metal residue on dogs with white fur (even after several washes). This was the largest available baking tray I could find, and it's almost a perfect fit for the crate. I bought one used with a dent in it because I don't plan to use it for baking and it was just over $11. The nonstick coating keeps my tricolor corgi clean. The dent makes me concerned that it isn't very durable, but I know it's chew-proof, and that's what I need.

This pan has been great for baking. I'm now able to bake twice as much just by having a super large baking sheet. One thing I have noticed is that I need to rotate the baking sheet halfway though the baking time to try and get a uniform done-ness across all the cookies, but this is the case with most regular-sized baking sheets too. You tend to notice it more with the cookies near the edges, some will be done while others are goopy. Also, if you dare put a second pan in the oven above this one, it will take significantly longer to bake if your heating element is on the bottom of the oven. I found it best to only use this sheet because it's so large!

This is a great cookie sheet but I will give just one warning. Use this only for baking cookies. DO NOT USE IT AS AN UNDER LINER FOR CATCHING SWEET RECIPES. I LOVE THIS BUT I used it under my pie pans to prevent spillover into my stove bottom so I wouldn't have to clean the oven base. Bad mistake. When it spilled over slightly and the sugar liquid from pumpkin pie cooked into the cookie sheet and I could not clean it back to normal. I scraped the black off but the smooth surface did not some back. I used vinegar, bar s etc. So, just use it for cookies. I am now going to use my damaged one for spillovers.

Great BIG pan! I was going to buy a set of 3 smaller ones for more money, but the thought struck me why pay more when this pan can hold a good serving of cookies. If you buy the Betty Crocker mixes, this one pan can hold the whole batch. And no matter how many smaller pans you might buy to do the same number of cookies, this method leaves you cleaning only one pan.Easy to remove the cookies... just putting the cookie sheet on top of the range to cool will see them disappear rapidly... no spatula required.Easy to clean... just a simple soapy wipe and a rinse, and dry it off... no scrub.

I have been buying Wilton products for years. I recently needed larger cookie sheets for baking in quantity and ordered these. I was amazed at the extra large size. The quality of Wilton tops even some of the more exclusive and expensive lines in the market. I hand wash all my baking dishes and utensils along with all bake ware. Clean up is a breeze and I don't have to worry about discoloration or pitting often found when using the dishwasher. Quality and value is why I continue to buy Wilton products. I will be ordering 4 more of these pans immediately!!!!

This product is amazing. I had to make 40 cupcakes for my son's kindergarten class. This allowed two bakings rather than four batches with my old, 12 muffin cup pan. The cupcakes baked evenly, any batter drips wiped off easily between batches, and the metal cooled quickly so I wasn't waiting more than a few minutes before filling the next round of cupcake cups. I used paper cupcake liners, so cannot speak to how well muffins baked without liners would come out. If we had room to store it I would purchase another so I could have baked two batches at once!

Easy to clean, easy to use, and it actually fits in my oven; I forgot to measure the oven before I bought this, typical.Locked up in quarantine with nothing to do (April 2020), I bake vegetables: potatoes (little ones), broccoli, carrots, brussel sprouts (should Brussels be capitalized in this usage? I don't really care, I'm 73). Pour some olive oil, add salt, pepper and herbs de Provence, bake until the potatoes are done, or the carrots, whatever. Then pretend it is a gourmet dish because you have used a spice that is easy to mispronounce.

I love the even cooking distribution of this pan. I can literally make a massive amount of muffins or cupcakes and have them bake perfectly all at the same time. The surface is perfect and nonstick. It's extremely easy to clean, as its non stick. Sometimes I just remove my muffins a use it again because there nothing to clean out of it. That's only a one time thing preference. I love making muffins for my family on a weekly basis. The pan is a little heavy, but to be expected for a sturdy durable product.

I purchased these flat sheet pans to replace my grandmother's pans I inherited from her after her death. (I cooked a lot of meals on those pans) Never let it be said that money is always a factor when something is left to you. That was my good grands pans! I had to upgrade, though, and these pans are huge. You can put ten pounds of shake and baked chicken on it easy. These are tough pans, non stick, sturdy and quality. I'm very impressed at what I bought and for the price, nobody can go wrong on it.

Make sure you've got the storage space for this! Fantastic quality product, baked evenly for me. Very good for if you're doing big orders or baking for a party, and it's well worth not having to wait between batches and switching out between dozen pans instead!I believe the labeling says to handwash it, which you may find difficult if your sink isn't big enough. It's also useful if you flip it over and stand the cupcakes/muffins on for decoration. I used foil cupcake liners and they baked fine.
