MasterClass 12-Hole Non-Stick Madeleine Tray is a little expensive and is only for one type of cake - but it opens the door for invention. I am already plotting (yes, I watch too many detective programmes) making Madeleines with blueberry's, bacon and spinach and many other weird and wonderful ideas.I would also recommend the MasterClass Friand tray, it's just as good and can be used for other cakes i.e. oval muffins!! Both types are easy to use as long as you can cope with the weight (tad heavy) and really easy to clean. Just take care putting the Madeleine tray in the oven, the tray sides are such that they can drop between the shelf rungs risking spillage of mixture. But don't let this put you off,

This is an excellent quality product and extremely cheap. The closest price to this I found on the high street was £19.99!Delivery time was also swift as it arrived less than 3 days after the order was placed. The only problem was its length I had to cut over 10cms, or the last two sets of moulds, off the end to make it fit my oven! I had this problem with an oven chip tray as well, which I was able to bend upwards to make it fit. But the quality of the madeleine pan was to great to alter it easily. Maybe I have a small oven or French ones are bigger, but check the measurements before you buy.

It’s early days yet and we have only used this a dozen times or so but it does seem that it will last.I do have to say that we butter and dust with flour before we put in each batch of batter and then clean it as soon as we are done.It seems to heat evenly in our oven and I haven't noticed any discrepancies in the finished madelines.It's heavier than I expected for the price, in a good way, and I have high hopes it will last a fair few years.I may puck up some of the other products in this line if they are the same quality going forward.

I bought this pan as I already have one (purchased from Lakeland at twice the price) and having two meant that I could cook double the quantity at the same time, rather than taking ages refilling one pan again and again. This pan takes quite a beating and comes up looking brand new. The Madeleines cook beautifully in it and it just needs a slight greasing between batches. It cleans easily with a soft cloth and some warm soapy water, or with a light brush. If I had room to put a third pan in my oven, I'd be buying another one!

This is a great Madeleine tray. It is a good heavy weight pan and quality non stick coating. The madeleines always come out perfectly and baked evenly. I mostly use it when the granchildren come, they like to help make the madeleines but most of all, when they have cooled down we dip them half in chocolate and leave the chocolate to go hard. Sometimes we also dip in coconut after the chocolate. The grandchildren love to check out different dipping ideas. Highly recommended.

I purchased this product a month ago and I am very happy with it. Arrived bigger than I had anticipated, but was thrilled with the excellent quality and finish. Baked with it today and it produced perfect cakes with absolutely no sticking (I did use baking spray tho). Clean up was a breeze ... just wipe clean with a damp kitchen towel. I like how the pan looks and feels sturdy and very durable. A highly recommended product for a very reasonable price tag. Happy I bought it.

This Pan is very well made, you won't need any tools to remove the baked madeleine they will just slip away when tilting the tray, just lightly butter and flour before filling, trust me it's non-stick coating for real!The pan is quite heavy and thick, I was surprised when I got it as I was expecting something flimsy for the price paid.I read other reviews, the pan produce the typical madeleine design and shape, it' also easy to wash and maintain I absolutely suggest it.

Vey good sturdy madeleine tin.. I have got consistent results..just grease the pan then lightly dust with flour.. Add your cake mix and bake... Now.. Let me tel you, my lovely grown up kids have.. Borrowed.. My baking tin... No chance of getting it back..the moral of the story is.. Keep it to yourself.. And also they make super presents cos when you have made some madeleines people say.. Oooh these are good!!! That's why these baking tins are sooo... Good,!!!

Bought as a Christmas gift. Very impressed with the quality. Person who received these was very happy, apparently give good definition on shape which apparently some trays do not. Arrived quickly, good price for the quality and they come with a ridiculously long guarantee (sorry can't remember if it was 10 or 20 yrs but was excellent). Can't think of any improvements for service or product - 5 stars all the way.

Excellent and truly non stick.Been through several Madeleine tins, most stick like glue and end up needing such a scrub to clean that the non stick coating lasts only a few bakes.Not these!Still going strong after months of twice weekly bakes, and very easy to remove Madeleines from tin (they just pop out) and absolutely no sticking.Easy to wipe clean or rinse.Excellent product.

On Saturday Kitchen a few weeks back, Rick was slapping together some Madeleine's from his jolly in France. This was not the Pan that he was using, but based on our previous experiance of Master Class products, this is what he should have used. Top quality product which has a heavy well balanced feel to it, and should last for well over it's 20 year guarantee. Top quality, go for it.

A very good quality pan! Definitely no problem believing it's 20 year guarantee! I still butter and flour the pan though it is non-stick just out of habit but it has made very nice madeleine's! It is a very long/wide pan so its best to make sure your oven is wide enough for this to sit in! The only negative point is that the ridges of the shell design isn't very prominent.

I had wanted to make these little cakes for a while but didn't have the correct pan and they are quite expensive in the likes of Hobby Craft. I came across this one on Amazon a wee bit cheaper and decided to get it. I wasn't disappointed its a very good heavy baking tray and its easy to clean. It was delivered quickly. I would use this seller again

Excellent quality- just a bit difficult to pick it up off the oven shelf when wearing oven gloves due to the way the ends are shaped. Having said that I would buy it again and will certainly use their products again. The madeleines slid really easily out of the pan and it’s sturdy, really pleased with it and the cakes were lovely too!!

I ordered this as a Christmas present for my mum, to accompany a Madeleine recipe book, it would be a great present idea for someone who bakes, my mum was delighted. It is a good, heavy, solid tray and unlike some other reviews mention, it fits in her oven fine. My mum has been pleased with the results of using this tray.
