Masterclass friand trays immediately look and feel well made and professional. They are heavy trays so if this is an issue I would recommend using the silicone mould versions.For anyone making friands for the first time, the mix is rather strange, more a batter than a traditional cake mix, but keep going as it makes 12 deliciously light cakes. The mould cooked my cakes perfectly, and thankfully there were no issues tipping them out or washing up.I would recommend Masterclass mould/trays as long as you can manage their weight.

Absolutely as described. What a fabulous pan that's heavy, doe the job well, and it will last for eons. The Seller's packaging for shipment was fantastic. Royal Mail delivered this lovely pan to Los Angeles, CA in no time. I will definitely buy this brand of item from this seller again.

More specialty kitchen shops should carry products such as the Friand pastry Kitchencraft tin I found on Amazon. Thank you, England, for making this tool available. I'll be baking many varieties of Friands for my family & friends.

Excellent tin that has so far turned out perfect cakes every time - just the right size for a single serving, a little different being oval, that turn out without problems, plus the tins are incredibly easy to clean!

This 1 hole non stick Friand Tin is perfect for your cooking needs. It is heavy weight tin and is strong and totally non stick. I am pleased I have brought it and look forward to it's usage for many years.

Difficult to find metal friend tin and then it was expensive but was exactly what I wanted; good quality too. I do not like silicone cake moulds.

Lovely sized friand holes. Heavy duty, and used loads without a scratch mark on it. I only fill the buns up about half way as they are quite big.

OMG...love this tinamazing quality and heavy. Should last a lifetime. Worth spending the extra for this quality. My friands turned out perfect!

Brilliant heavy duty, good quality tin. I can finally make perfect Friands! They fall right out of the tin, no sticking. A good purchase.

Great to make small buns or bread roles. Easy to clean. Quite heavy so durability is good
