We have used this tray a few times and it helps make lovely Eclairs. I used to just pipe the mix onto a backing sheet and they would be pretty un-even. Using a tin like this helps your Eclairs look a little more uniform. If you have a steady hand and are experienced at piping then you don't need one of these trays, a normal backing sheet with parchment on will suffice. If you 'have to' have all the right equipment in your kitchen then this is the Eclair tray for you.

Having purchased a number of other Master Class items this was a must have item, especially having seen eclair's being made in various forms on Saturday Kitchen on the BBC. A nice heavy balanced Pan which has a guarantee of 20 years and really looks as if it will outlast that time. High quality product, go for it.

The photo shows part of an experimental first batch of biscuits part - copied from a magazine recipe.While not proper eclairs; nevertheless they are very tasty.The recipie includes coconut.......and we have tried a filling of two different jams, and a lemon - curd.Very More - ish!

Really pleased with this item; it is very solid, has an excellent non stick finish and I am sure will last many years. Can't fault the shopping experience from Amazon; I had this delivered to an Amazon locker which is the best service ever! I would highly recommend this produce.

This is "the bees knees" as the saying goes. A sturdy piece of bakeware. My first batch of éclairs rose beautifully. All came out of the bakeware simply and freely. Wouldn't know that it had been used as no signs of food was left in the pan.

Exactly what I needed to produce trial cereal bars containing PIPmix - a tonic for people with Parkinson's. It proved that these bars could be made simply and that the bars were as effective a delivery method as the liquid used before.

Used these straight away. Good quality and non stick. First attempt at eclairs for my hubby and it went down very well. Could highly recommend this for all the baker's out there!

As expected and true to size but wish each mould was a tad wider, also far too expensive but needed the mould. Good quality

It took a while to come but the quality is excellent . Was surprised by the weight Its really heavy duty .
