This is among one of the few reviews I have ever written for a catering product and if I could give this loaf tin 6 stars I would! Great weight, heavy duty and not cheap or flimsy. Solidly manufactured with an excellent non stick coating. The tin transfers the heat evenly and the bread rose well and was an even colour all around. If you are a serious home baker then this is the best 2lb loaf tins you can buy. I am a nationally award winning chef with over 30 years experience and I've owned a couple of restaurants. Please trust me, this is a terrific loaf tin for home baking and bread. Yet again, I still can't believe the price! I bought 2 other products at the same time from the same manufacturer, two baking trays and two fluted flan rings and I have given them all the same 5 stars. With a great amazon discount on offer they are all so very cheap. Respect MasterClass!

Bought this tin for my partner who was keen to start baking our own bread, being new to this we scoured the internet for ages looking for a decent sized tin that could perform, after reading hundreds of reviews we thought we'd try this one, and wow! what a tin, bakes bread beautifully, our first ever loaf was actually good enough to eat! and enjoy, now obviously making bread is about the ingredients and given time to rise, we both knew all that but was really surprised with the performance of this tin, we have now used it more then 30 times and each and every time the bread comes out evenly baked and slides out perfectly without any pre-greasing, it also comes with a non stick guarantee. Its very sturdy and cleans easily. If your new or old to baking then you gotta get this tin! So good we're going to buy more!

I've had this tin for 2 years now. I make bread usually every other day and this is one of my favourites. I have two tins that are the only ones I use and this is one. It is slightly wider than the other tin so gives a bit wider loaf which I quite like, that is with a 400g or 500g flour loaf. I quite often make a ginger cake or banana loaf in it but I always use a liner as I think it makes the cake easier to lift out, move about and cut. The tin washes easily, the bread doesn't stick so no need for much more than a rinse over. It has been in the dishwasher occasionally and it still looks like new. I have quite a few cooking tins and trays in the master class range and they have all been great quality. If I ever need any baking tins I always look for this make first. I can highly recommend them.

Although I Love it! I love to bake. The tin I received does not have the size printed as stated in the description- which I find very helpful. The cake pans I already have from masterclass does have the size printed. This 3lb tin is well made, looks good and bakes amazing! I did a 500g base loaf & a 750g base loaf- in my opinion that's the max this tin can handle. So much so- the OH said - if you can bake bread like that- no need to buy! Just do it twice a week!!!Changing to 5 stars even though not as described- will see how long the non stick last as some reviews talk about peeling. I use it for baking olive oil based bread, I only lightly oil the pan, after baking- I just lightly wipe out with paper & leave a small residue of oil around the inside- so far so good!?

If you are looking to bake a bigger loaf other than the standard 2lb pan, then this is the loaf pan to go for because it is a 3lb loaf tin. Prior to getting this loaf tin my kids always complained that their slice of bread was not big enough to make a sandwich, but now they are happy. Apart from the size, the quality looks like I will definitely get 10 years out of this pan.Maintenance is easy as I just give it a wipe down after each use (Never wash, just wipe). There are no sharp or angular corners making it difficult to maintain. I have used it to bake bread and cakes and never been disappointed by the heat distribution, as the results have been simply amazing.I need to order another one as back-up.The best loaf tin I have ever owned.Highly recommended.

Our old previous cooking bowl / tin are starting to loose their non stick coating over the last 10+ years, so I decided on buying two of these to be used to cook "sausage toad in the hole" each bowl gives 2 servings. The removal of the cooked food is very easy due to the very small amount of oil wiped inside the tine. all that is required once fully cooked is to just turn it upside down and the food just slides out onto the plate. The cleaning is very easy due to nothing has stuck to it.Not tried making Bread or other stuff in it yet so I have that to look forward to.But overall I am very pleased in this product.

I have recently started baking my own bread - its so easy once you get the quantities right. What was hard was finding the correct bread shape tin to bake it in. This is perfect for 750g of flour. What I like about this one is the shape of the bread it bakes - proper size slices that can be used for sandwiches. What I would really like is another tin with the same dimensions for height and width but a little shorter to accommodate 500g of flour for when I don't need a large loaf. The tin is perfect -superb not stick quality. Couldn't be faulted.

Get this together with two Spares2go universal gas hob pan supports, which fit in neatly as trivets, and you have a perfect little roaster for small joints, ideal for cooking for one or two, the trivets draining the fat, and a little room still in the roaster for a few veg, foil over the top. Keep the oven down below 160c for roasting, this is after all really a baking tin, but it is very solid and great for slow roasting at 140c to make 'pulled' pork or lamb from the shoulder cuts.

This is the best loaf tin I have ever purchased.Like everyone- I started baking break in Lockdown 1.0. Ive used cheaper supermarket branded tins in the past. I read the reviews here and purchased this and was not disappointed. I’ve literally baked a loaf in the tin. Its cooked evenly and the loaf literally slid out of the tin. ( I had lightly buttered the tin before putting in the dough). I am so impressed. Highly recommend this loaf tin. You will not be disappointed! :)

I love this tin, there I am in Gordon Ramsey mode creating a culinary masterpiece complete with chefs hat and apron, this tin is worthy of nothing less than the full chef attire. Seriously I don't normally involve myself in the kitchen but when it comes to making a loaf I am there with my trusty tin which is far superior to others I have had and on removal of the loaf the tin is left as clean as a whistle, in all a fantastic buy for a fantastic price.

I bought this to make large loaves of bread after making dough in my breadmaker. The loaves I have made so far have turned out of the tin with no problem and the bread is very satisfactory. So far I have had no problems with the non stick as I lightly oil the pan before placing the dough in it. It is good value for the price and I recommend it for this purpose. I've not used it for anything else so can't comment on how it performs with other food.

Wanted a massive loaf tin with the non stick corners after being fed up of bread getting stuck in the folded metal variety.Good price especially compared to what you would pay on the high street, and haven't had any sticking issues.Only criticism would be that the sides are quite sloped and I would prefer more of a straight sided loaf - but suspect that this is a compromise to aid the removal of the loaf

I have just made a walnut loaf in this large pan and it turned out well (and easily owing to the non-stick surface). The proportions of the pan make for a conveniently-shaped loaf using 1kg of dough. The pan's volume is 2 litres (= 2kg of water) thus allowing for a doubling of the dough as it rises in the pan. The pan feels nicely weighty so I'm confident it won't buckle with repeated use.

Quality time. As soon, after super prompt arrival, you unpack them, you can tell they are tops. A good weight to them. A superb non stick coating throughout the inside.I have cooked a lemon drizzle cake which turned out amazing. No need to pre grease the tin. Hardly any need to wash it either, just wipe clean. These are quality through and through and I am certain they will last and last.

I have been using this tin once a week for two years and it's very good. The non stick coating is now getting a bit thin but I now lightly oil the insidebefore use. It's not a problem. I use 600 to 650 grms. of flour and get areally high loaf that gives me fourteen slices of toast. At the price this isvery good value. I've only given four out of five stars because nothing is perfect.
