Very sturdy baking tin,I imagine it will last years.It arrived the day after I'd placed the order and I made my first ever batch of Madeleines that afternoon which were declared 'yummy' by the rest of the family!The cakes turned out of the tin with no sticking after baking and it was easy to hand wash afterwards-in the product guidlines it does actually state it can be put in a dishwasher but I don't think I'll risk possible damage to the non stick coating. I've got several Madeleine recipes in different books but used the one out of the Hairy Bikers current book 'Big Book of Baking'(also purchased on Amazon!)but instead of flavouring with vanilla extract I used orange oil extract and finely

This product is perfect for Madeleines, which slide out of the pan effortlessly . The results were excellent as was the presentation - very uniform and so much easier than putting a spoonful on a baking tray and watching it spread into heaven knows what shape. Would definitely recommend.

It's sturdy and the non stick coating woks well. I would prefer if it has a seam between the actual mould and the tray hence the four stars only. The lack of seam makes it difficult to judge when you have filled enough which means that the first time around I did just that in some cases.

My husband loves madeleines and I wanted to stop him from buying Bonne Maman ones with the cakes individually wrapped in plastic wrappers. So this does the job beautifully. Homemade madeleines, oui s’il vous plait.

Love this pan. I've used it lots of times i lightly grease and flour the tin and everything comes out of the tin very easily. Nothing as ever stuck and the pan cleans easily. Highly recommended

Having a small oven, I have struggled to find a madeleine mould which can fit in it. The repartition of mould is quite clever. There is 12 madeleines in a smaller space. I am so happy!

Great madeleine tray. The madeleines are very easy to remove , as soon as you take them out of the oven, as the tray is non-sticky. Really pleased with my purchase.

Excellent product. Madeleines turned great and I had no problems with removing them from the pan. I would recommend this pan to anyone.

Only criticism of tray is that it lacks anything to grip when removing from oven so is a bitdifficult when using thick ovengloves.

nice quality, easy to get the cakes out as it is non stick, my madeleines came out with ease and look very impressive.

Perfect for my madeleines!There are sone stains of burned that won’t go away but still do its job perfectly

Perfect Madeline tray. I use butter and then dust lightly with flour and madeleines just fall out.
