The surface on these pans is great - I've never had anything stick to it, and it's always very easy to clean needing only a soft sponge. The removable handle system works great - having the flexibility to use the pan in the oven etc. is useful, and the handle still feels secure despite it's detachability. Storage is much easier, as the pans sit neatly inside each other in the cupboard.The heat distribution in the Expertise range is much better than the other Ingenio pans, largely due to the weighty base it has for compatibility with induction hobs.My one issue with these is that the coating on the outer rim seems to come off surprisingly easily if you knock it on something,

Bought this to replace my aging Tefal Superior 20cm frying pan (with built in handle). I liked the idea of this new one being 2cm larger as I though it would work better with a 3 egg omelette however it has straight sides so is in effect much larger than my 20cm one with sloping sides. The straight sides do make it slightly more awkward to get a spatula under the food I find. Another big plus point is I can put it under the grill or in the oven as the handle (not supplied) is easily removable. Handle mechanism works well although it can interfere with my omelette a bit if I go for 4 eggs. The frying pan itself appears well made and solid.

Expensive but bought to save space in caravan cupboards. This size frying pan is recommended for the Thetford Aspire 220-230 Cooker as fitted to our Lunar caravan. A little heavy for the size - perhaps showing its build quality? There is even a centre red dot in the middle of the pan which changes colour and allows me to cook when heated to the correct temperature. Who needs Jamie Oliver? As I generally cook and washup for the wife when away in the 'van I get a fuss free frying pan, an easy clean non-stick finish and earn extra brownie points from the wife too. Why cant all things in life be this good?

I love this range of pans. They are so versatile. I use my large frying pans to make pizza in the oven (obviously without the handle). Multiple uses for every pan in my arsenal. Thank you Tefal Ingenio!

These pans are brilliant and very versatile. They are the perfect size to cook for one, can cook something on the hob and then take off the handle and finish it off in the oven.

I had to buy this one because the one of the same size I bought on a bundle was in really bad state only 6 months after buying. This one is pretty good.

I'm really pleased with this item, a great asset to any kitchen. It is so light to carry from hob to oven and really easy to clean. Deserves 5 stars!

Excellent product. First bought this product in France 16 years ago. Love the hob to grill/oven aspect would not buy any other frying pan.

this range of Tefal is the best on the market. Have always gone to France to buy them, so are very pleased they are available online

We bought the whole set about five years ago. The handles DO scratch the side of the pans after a while but nothing lasts forever.

Bought these as induction friendly the Woll one wasn’t . They are perfect use mainly for sausage toad from hob to oven brilliant
