This particular frying pan is much easier to use because of the shape, it is a 28 cm diameter but the sides are a tiny bit more slanted and it seems making the pan a tiny bit more shallow & thus easier to use with a fish slice, making the removal of a fried egg a great deal easier. Sometimes the sides of a frypan are just too deep for everyday use. This pan really is an excellant design and very good quality. Highly recommended. The handle is a seperate item which attaches to this range of pots & pans, space saving storage. Dont forget to purchase handle at same time as frypan.

Would have given it 5 stars as so far the pan has proved to be durable and provides a even heat to the food. However if you have a gas hob with a pan support, the weight of the handle (relatively heavy with the mechanism) compared to the pan itself can cause the pan to topple if empty or lightly filled. Obviously dependant on how effectively your pan support works. Mine has issues :(

Lovely quality, very pleased. Hadn't appreciated on ordering that there was no handle attached (that will serve me right for quickly trying to order while cooking supper and shepherding 3 young children ;) ) but love the storage benefits that the lack of handle brings. Will be ordering more!

Bought for our motorhome - excellent - does what we wanted - easy to store with the removable handle and not too big for the cooker hob when cooking with the Ingenio saucepans as well. The handle is too heavy though and pans can tip - need to be careful how they are positioned on the hob.

i love my pan! so nice not to have to fit it in the sink or on the hob with the handle on - its so easy to wash and store as a result! Can see me adding to this with more from the range as time goes on. Non-stick surface is still great too after 6 months careful use.

Husband loved this pan. Easy to use and to clean. Completely non-stick and great to use in the oven. Lovely and deep lipped edge.Perfect for almost anything.Great value and prompt delivery.Would definitely recommend. (Just don't forget to buy the handle)

The fact that you can take of the handle makes it so much more versatile - like being able to put it in the oven and you can limit your self on just having a few handles for all the pans and pots you have... More space, more planet friendly...

So far, so good. This is a replacement of my old ingenio. I am more careful not to use the pan with highest heat setting for a long time. Coating seems to have improved, but it could be that I am buying a stand alone product rather than a set.

Great size pan, tefal quality, and removeable handle is genius. All pans should be like this. I use it for camping as it's so portable with the detachable handle. Looking to outfit myself with a full set of ingenio pans now!

We have used ingenio pans for a long time now, both at home and on our yacht where storage space is limited - we love the detachable handles. Eventually the non stick wears out so we brought two more and they perform so well

Looked for a long time until I found this 20cm pan. It is to add to others that we have in our touring caravan. Space savers as no handles attached. We have a duel fuel hob and this size fits both electric and gas ring!

Bought along with an extra handle and lids for fridge or freezer to complete the pan set we got for Xmas. Took a bit of getting used to, but now we used to them, they great!!!

I’m very pleased with my tefal ingenio essential non stick frying pan, it is great for stacking with my other tefal ingenio pans. It is great for frying and cleans up easily.

I don't know what makes these pans different when you heat them but they are fantastic. Very light. Incredibly easy to clean. Don't leave handle on while cooking.

Hob to oven brilliant - browns quickly, needs low energy. Handle is easy to use. Will buy the next size as the small will fit neatly into it for storage.
