The DJI Osmo Pocket is a really good camera and I do recommend it. It can shoot 4K60 and 1080p120 so it is high quality and has the ability to be slowed down in post. It also has its own flat/log profile which is really good for colour grading but the normal colours are good too. The menu is a bit complicated at first and the gimbal works a lot better with your phone attached. I got it with the extendable stick and that is great however I cannot connect it to my phone so I have ordered the wireless connector which will make it a lot better. The gimbal works well however there are still so bumps probably because it is so small. It also cannot do the "vortex" feature like most other gimbals can do which is a shame but not the most important feature you need. When I brought this I also considered getting a GoPro Hero 7 Black as they are around the same price. But after watching some reviews on each on YouTube I realized the Osmo was the camera for me as I already had a Go Pro Hero 5 Session which could do almost everything the Hero 7 could but the Hero 7 would have been smoother footage. The quality is much closer to a DSLR on the Osmo whereas GoPros quality is lost as the lens is so wide. The Osmo Pocket cannot replace the GoPro in anyway though (but the DJI Osmo Action can) as it is too delicate to be used when doing extreme sports. Also both the Osmo and the GoPros have really bad audio quality although you can get a mic jack for both cameras if you want to rig up a better mic.The reason I got the Osmo is because it is such a good b-camera to my Canon DSLR and as I am a Film student it is really useful to put in more unusual places without it looking too different to the main camera (a DSLR). The only thing I wish the Osmo could do better is having a shallow depth of field as you cannot get any bokeh like you could with DSLR. My friend did get a gimbal for our DSLRs and that can do the features that to Osmo cannot however you need a DSLR to use it and a good DSLR for video are £500+ and with a gimbal thats around £300/£400 so for the price the DJI Osmo Pocket is an outstanding camera.

My fiance really loves this it. I bought it as gift for my fiance's birthday and product arrived earlier than i expect. It really suits him as he loves travelling, its very convenient to carry and takes a great quality pictures. He loves how small and compact it is but takes really amazing pictures. Perfect to explore and practice while everyone is restricted to travel. Such a small gadget yet can do soooo much more. <3 <3THIS PRODUCT IS AMAZING!Although the delivery is not good. The deliver guy just left the package outside without knocking the door or check if anyone is home. It could've been soaking wet whole night if he didn't notice it.

Being a lover of all things tech and already owning a DJI drone I bought this on a whim in the sale. It has good and bad bit’s but overall I really like it but not really sure when I’d use it!GoodTiny it really does fit in your pocketGimble is excellent giving you buttery smooth video you can’t get with software stabilisation in action camerasVideo quality is good for it’s size, on par with mid range DJI dronesBadScreen is tiny, so you struggle to see it.It’s finally to use as so small son controlling it is hard. ( You really need the additional wheel controller)The small sensor struggles in low light.

Previously owned a dji osmo an purchased another as a second can for interview work. Purchased it on Amazon warehouse and as soon as the item was charged and powered up, the gimble went crazy all over the place . That being the case I am in the process of returning the item. The star rating I have given for this product it based on my original device which is a handy hi quality little camera, compact, and a must have to record stunning video on the go. Only short coming is to he low light video caoture, that could be better .

OSMO pocket is great, the 4k recording is amazing and even filming at 2.7 or just 1080 give the video a really crisp look, the gimbal on it is very nice and smooth giving your video a proper professional feel, if you edit videos then the 60 fps comes very handy if you want a slow motion effect. Motion time laps is good and makes it look like the BBC ha e filmed it lol really its a amazing product and dji have done well, battery life can be short in 4k giving you around 2hrs but can be used pbank

This is a brilliant camera... the resolution and colour saturation is reminiscent of the Kodachrome film we used (if your old enough!) without the graining- of course.I don’t what it goes up too, 3,600 iso?But... it’s NOT brilliant in low light- still good, but your running say, the equivalent of iso Kodachrome 800... grained, but don’t let that put you off- seriously- don’t.Notice I haven’t even mentioned the gimbal yet-It works great. What else that hasn’t already been said?

OK Been watching this since its release, when products like this first go on sale, you have to remember there are going to be firmware updates to improve the product, which had happened, dji are excellent at this.I've read other reviews on here some which seem the buyer just didn't know how to use it. I've found to product outstanding, complaints about the bounce are just silly, it's a3 axis not 4. Plus it's a 4k stabilised gimbal that fits in your pocket, lots of functionality.

Quite happy with my Osmo Pocket so far...I have used it and the best feature is the gimbal which provides great image stability and a professional feel to the videos.Cons:- the screen is quite small although very responsive and user friendly- the USB-C connector seems quite flimsy...when I connect the camera to my phone I need to support both phone and camera with both hands...if not I risk damaging either the phone or camera- not covered by Osmo Shield in the UK- no zoom

This camera was bought because of all the good reviews in the media. The quality of both the camera and the images that it produces is way beyond what would be expected of a sensor of this size. The price is a bit high, but the results justify it. I will not go into all of the features, as these can be seen elsewhere, but if you buy this camera, you will be very pleased with the results. This is the ideal camera to slip in your pocket, and take out every day.

It works at around phone quality for photos and video. It would be ideal if it came with the wheel controller. At the moment I have to attach it to my phone to manually pan the camera which isn't ideal. But the quality is good (in good light). In low light it struggles (as you'd expect with that size of lens), but for what I want it for it is the best option I've found. Loads of accessories are available, so plenty of options for expansion if you need it.

I wanted a compact camera that I would give steady recordings without having to carry a tripod around.Even if you look at the measurements before buying you'll still be very pleasantly surprised when you actually hold it in your hand for the first time - it's really tiny and light weight!I shoot at 4k resolution so that I can crop and still have full HD resolution, and in reasonable light the results exceeded my expectations.Great pocket camera!

Fabulous piece of kit, size belies it’s power.Video quality is excellent, 3 axis stabilisation is superb!Get a big, quality memory card (128gb) and set to 4k, beautiful. I use it now as an addition to my professional kit when I need something small and unobtrusive.Battery only lasts a few hours so for a days filming I use a battery handle that plugs in.If you’re checking this out and wondering if it’s worth it... it is!

I cannot believe how good this thing is. I actually sold my Zhiyun Crane Plus that I used with my Sony A6300 because I know I would much rather pull this thing out rather than spend the time to set up, balance and even just use my old rig. I know there are obviously some pros of using a full size gimbal and camera but for me personally they just do not outweigh the practicality and ease of use of the Osmo Pocket!

I have 3 gopros and 2 gimbals and a 3rd on my quaudcopter..... The beauty of this is you don't have to clamp in your camera ...instant start up ( less than 4 secs)...and good video quality.... And also fits in your pocket..... If your just looking for a walk about stable video of your holidays or a party or days out its perfect.... Deep sea diving skiing jumping off cliffs stick to a gopro..Thumbs up fro me

I have been looking over this product for a while but after looking at many reviews I made the decision to buy it. I have never been so impressed with such a small device! 12 megapixels, 4K video, gimbal, everything I want in a camera fits in my pocket! I absolutely love it and will definitely be buying more DJI products. Thank you for such a great product which had changed the way I film content now.
