Important for finding the motor points, especially in larger muscles, as individuals' motor point locations vary.Despite what I was told by compex on the phone, the little diagrams on the compex aren't precise enough and continuously moving pads and recommencing a programme is not practical.The instructions are clear, though I also used a compex tutorial on youtube (in French). Even though the demonstration didn't quite follow compex's own instructions about using the positive node for the pen.The only downside is the poor construction of the end of the pen that clips into the wireless node. It isn't very secure once attached.

The pen works perfectly and is very useful to find the best places to attach the electrodes. Highly recommended!
