Having used clay based litters and hating the smell decided to try a wood based product. This really has a pleasant woody smell and even after two weeks, doesn't have any unpleasant odours. I would give it 5 stars for odour and 2 stars for tracking. The particles are tiny so do end up all over the floor, despite having one of those mats to trap it. However I would rather put up with this than the awful smell of clay litters. I would give it 4 stars for clumping. Fresh urine does break up a bit but generally the lumps are big enough to trap in the scoop.I'm not sure I will use this for 7 weeks as per the claims but aim to through it into my garden borders and work into the soil when done.

While my cat loves it, I like the coarser Cat's Best Litter better as this one gets broken up into tiny clumps whenever my cat scratches to do her business. The smaller lumps are a little difficult to clean. But overall the product is great as it absorbs better, lasts longer than the sand or bentonite based ones, is less messy, and controls odour far better than other products I have used.

I am never using any other cat litter ever again. This one clumps really well, doesn't get smelly, lasts for ages and is eco friendly. And my cat loves it too.Although it looks expensive, this is about 3 months worth of cat litter (for us anyway)
