BROOKS DALSTON is a fine handsome small rucksack 20 Liters/1200 Cubic Inches in size. Fit, materials, and finish are excellent, with leather appointments. Shoulder straps are 100% cotton web with sliding cross chest strap for carrying stability. One elastic water bottle pocket on outside, with two other slide in pockets. Inside there is a large pocket for a laptop, a large secure zipper pocket, two additional slide in pockets, and a riveted leather patch to hold your keys. Because the entire bag is so smart and urban, using the outside pockets does change the look, making it not as attractive, so concentrate on getting everything inside the bag, using the outside pockets for less bulky items like tickets or a thin guidebook,that won’t disturb the silhouette. The DALSTON will hold the entire contents of a CHROME CITIZEN and will not look overstuffed. The zippers are quality, but because they have to go around the top of the bag, the DALSTON is hard to get into quickly. The BROOKS DALSTON in my opinion is an excellent weekend or travel rucksack. For quick and frequent everyday access however, the casual good looks betray a slower more fussy entry than you may be used to. I can’t wait to take the DALSTON on vacation, especially when wearing a suit! But will keep my CHROME CITIZEN for everyday urban combat on two wheels.
