You don't purchase a Brooks B66 saddle for its streamlined design, or the use of innovative production techniques or latest weight saving materials. You purchase a Brooks because you appreciate quality, tradition and a product that will (if looked after probably) probably outlive your bike.The B66 is Brook's most popular saddle, which was first launched over 80 years ago. Most suited to city bikes, this is one comfy saddle which seems to soak up the bumps beautifully. I use mine on my 60 year old Raleigh and they're a perfect match. Oh yeah, they're made in England too!I'd never consider anything else.

I really like this seat. The appearance and slight gradient of color is spot on to the photo. It's quite comfy. I have other Brooks saddles and have used other, lesser seat post clamps in the past. The Made in England clamp, that came with this, works superbly. I wish they offered this model in a greater myriad of colors. I run their saddles on all of my bicycles so it'd be nice to tailor the choice to the color bicycle.I would not hesitate to recommend this saddle to someone looking to upgrade. ...OR even to people that aren't They're that good and worth the purchase price. Unquestionably.

I have two other brooks saddles on other bikes, B17 specials and they are brilliant. This is my first B66 upright saddle, the bike it will be fitted to is still being rebuilt so not had chance to try it but if it’s to Brooks usual standard I don’t foresee any problems. The service from Bikeinn was brilliant, arrived when they said it would, box and everything totally intact, saddle itself is a thing of beauty, I could just look at it!

This is just what I wanted. An old school look to my newcruiser bicycle. I am pleased with it, only that it took a couple of times of trial and error to get it tight enough on the seat post. There are other companies that offer the same type of seat for less $. Hopefully this seat will prove to be better than the knock offs. Other than that I would recommend it to others.

Bought this seat for a person who likes the vintage look for his older 3 speed bike, and he loved it. Although it looks like a painful saddle to sit on, it is like a leather hammock. There are supports in the pack and front but as time goes by, the leather will give in the middle of the saddle, making it a stress free ride were it counts.

I have been using a gel saddle for 2 years and just wasn't happy with it. (My 25 year old saddle had deteriorated badly) I was very very happy with this saddle from the start. There is no padding but it is much more comfortable. I'm not sure why, but this is the most comfortable saddle saddle that I have ever ridden on!

The saddle is perfect. The tension on the springs is just about the right one and makes urban riding a lot more confortable. It fits the bike fantastically well, adding style to the ride! The package arrived when promised and in the right condition. In net, highly recommendable if your riding is in an upright position..

New B66's may squeak or creak as you ride so you may think your cotter pins or hubs have come loose. Squirt a small amount of WD40 on each of the attachment points in the spring suspension, front middle and rear. Don't get any oil on the leather. The result is a quiet, squeak proof saddle.

Was a little dubious about ordering a leather saddle after all my years riding on gel seats. The seat turned out to be far more comfortable than expected. And they really nice feature is the ability to make micro changes to seat to vary angles to get it just right.Would recommend highly.

Ordered my Brooks B66 from Bike Inn since they had the best price anywhere! Quickly shipped to Canada with no duty charges or additional tax. Even with the shipping they were the lowest priced. The saddle is perfect and adds a nice touch to my 1942 CCM Rambler that I restored!

This is my first leather saddle, and I was surprised to find that it fit so well. It does take a few weeks to break it in, but it is not as awful as one may think. In the end you have a long-lasting and comfortable bike seat. Don't forget to get some "Proofide".

Loved the box it came in, loved the wax and spanner supplied and loved my first ride out on it and ride outs since. Expensive but I'm worth it. Just need to make sure with the quick release clamp I keep an eye on it at all times so no bugger steals it.

great seat! even not broken in it was super comfortable.. i ride 5 days out of the week 32 miles roundtrip and i was happily surprised at how comfortable the seat was right out of the box... and it just keeps getting better. highly recommend.

it’s a nice unit. time will tell how it conforms to me and comfort improves. I use it on a beach cruiser and lock the seat through its frame to the bicycle frame to help avoid theft.
