Bourjois Contour Lip Liner, Berry Much Number is a nice soft pencil which is easy to apply as the pencil does not drag the delicate skin around my lips while still providing a nice pink finish and edging. I like how when used around my lips evenly it helped prevent any bleeding of my lipstick especially important when it comes to the fine lines around my lips as I do find this very aging.The pencil was so soft I was able to apply it to my lips and finish with a nice clear gloss, this enabled my lips to be coloured with a nice healthy glow which lasted all day.The pencil is easy to sharpen as it did not break when I sharpened plus it did not sharpen to a sharp point which I find is a more

This Contour Lip Liner from Bourjois is a traditional pencil-style liner that will need regular sharpening, like a standard wooden pencil, to keep it nicely pointed. My wife likes this Berry Much colour (Number T05) a lot, and finds it easy to use and it lasts well once applied properly. This liner contains shea butter and grape seed oil giving it a soft and pleasantly creamy texture, and the colour range currently features fourteen shades on the same Amazon product page. At a certain age you really get to appreciate lip liners! The good ones stop lippy bleeding into the fine lines that appear around your mouth. The colour doesnt have to totally match your lipstick as long as its close or you could use one thats a bit different and blend into your lipstick to get a two tone effect, This pencil is definitely blendable.- Colour is very much like the picture- berry much is a lovely deep berry pink- Pencil goes on easily without dragging- stops lippy bleeding- well priced at sub £5- sharpen with a standard sharpener- will last for ages!- liner stays put, so much so that i have been known to colour my whole lips in with it and then put my lippy over the top,

LIP LINERS==========Lip liners typically get a bad reputation. I think it's probably that they can make you think of awful lined lips with nude lipstick or that super goth look.But not using a lip liner in your beauty routine is a real missed opportunity. It can make your lips look fuller and more defined.LONG LASTING=============I find this range of lip liners quite long lasting than some others. They are highly pigmented and easily sharpened.BLEND======It's also easily blended in with lipsticks or liquid lipsticks and look fantastic.SHARP======I prefer a traditional pencil, rather than the retractable ones which never seem sharp or precise enough for me.TIP===It's possible just to use this rather than a lipstick - simply use on the lips and apply a lip balm.

These lip liners are easily the best budget option I've tried. I'd go as far as to say that they are even better than my Mac lip liners!They are so pigmented and full colour. You can use them to fill in your whole lip and they look really even. I also use them to draw around my lip line and put a lipstick in the middle. They help to even out my lip shape and make the lipstick last much longer and look great.They are also very creamy and easy to go on. They are very soft and don't tug at all! They are comparable to the texture of my Charlotte Tilbury lip liner. It's quite a creamy but waxy texture. Not dry at all!There is a great colour range so there will be something to go with every lipstick colour you could think ofI think that these are a brilliant bargain for the quality.

Bourjois Contour Lip Liner is a lip pencil, so is wood which would be sharpened with a pencil sharpener, the liner is a thick creamy texturing and moisturizing so doesn't leave the lips feeling too dry. The product claims up to 12-hour hold without re-touching but I will say that didn't stand up to my testing at all, it was very prone to transfer on my partner lips while kissing and on cups while drinking so it didn't last very long for me at all. I would say it's fairly standard in terms of how long it stayed on my lips, the product dos however differ from cheaper brands in it's creamy texture.I used 'Berry Much Number T05' which was a pinky red color,

I have not tried lip-liner for years, since the days of pale lipstick and gruesome outline.This lip-liner's great and I've converted - I'm adding it to my beauty routine now that 'bright' lips are in fashion again. The plum colour isn't too different to my lipstick in shade and I found it defined my lips nicely, giving a fuller impression. It reduces any smudging an older lady might get due to tiny lines around the mouth.Like another reviewer, I've notice you can just about use it as a lipstick if you've lost yours - I did this in yoga class when I didn't want to get lippy all over my yoga top when rolling about.I shall always have one in my makeup bag from now.

This lip liner is another great Bourjois product that seems to stand up to testing.My wife is the usual guinea pig for these products and was keen to try on this 'Berry Much' red shade, which produced a lighter, almost pink, red. The pencil is fairly chunky even when sharpened but this means it was easy to apply. The moisturising effect was very welcome and it went perfectly with red or pink lipsticks.The product lasted about just over half a day, which is just above average, but felt good when applied and throughout the day and was easy to reapply, so very pleased overall.

So impressed with this lip liner, so soft to apply and gets rights into the corners making your lipstick not to feather at the edges. Even a novice at applying lip liner could use it. (FIrst time in a while I have used it and found with ageing my lips not looking as full with some lipstick shades this one goes great with browns and tan colourings great. This one Funky Brown is just the job for brown tinted shades and it does stay one in place. No skin reactions even on sensitive skin. Could use it as a lip liner or just as a colouring too if forgotten to take out lipstick.

This certainly does last! I tried it out just as a liner...without wearing any additional lipstick (don't ask) and the colour lasted all day.In fact, I would be happy enough to use it as a lipstick as it doesn't smear all over the place and this was such a nice colour.The ingredients were covered with labels....but according to the description it has over 30 and a good percentage of them are colours.Just as an example one of them, listed as CI 75470 (Carmine) is made from shells of the female insect Coccus Cacti.So, if you're Vegan, this isn't...

I enjoy this liner as it is richly pigmented and isn't so hard as to drag and apply unevenly, but isn't so soft that is snaps or smudges too easily. Plus its a nice single digit price, which is always a bonus.I like to colour in the whole lip and then top it with whichever warmish nude gloss or lipstick, to help the shades blend together more easily. Colouring the entire lip with the pencil first also seems to act as an anchor for my lipstick - I've noticed that it now wears longer and transfers less.

Now one of my favourite lip pencils. Colour (nude wave) is very natural, perfect for a 'my lips but better' look. Neither warm nor cool, a neutral pinky nude. Texture is softer than some, meaning easy to blend and does not cling to dry areas. Downside to softer texture is that it's not as long lasting (but still good for a few hours). Sharpens well if you are gentle with it. I find that it does not dry my lips at all, which is a real positive especially in winter. Highly recommended.

This is a great product in many ways, glides on easily and has a lovely colour. However, not suitable for all skin types and definitely better suited to darker skin. The liner can also work well as an overall lipstick. So why not five stars? As other reviewers have commented, this does not have the staying power promised. After a night out for dinner, I had to reapply and it faded particularly after drinking hot drinks. So a lovely colour, but not a miracle lipstick!

This is a lovely, soft pencil that easily transfers its colour onto your lips. Once there, it does have good staying power and provides a solid base to your lipstick and enduring colour even when the top coat has gone. The cap is a reasonably good fit but I would be tempted to keep it inside a separate bag to protect anything carried with it since the pencil is so soft it'll easily mark anything if the cap does work loose.

At currently under a fiver this is great value for money. It’s a tradition wooden style pencil with lid that sharpens well. My colour is 05 berry much is lovely. The soft pencil applies really well without bleeding. My only real criticism is that it contains ingredients not suitable for vegetarians and vegans so I would be inclined to avoid in future. It contains Carmine (also known as cochineal) which is made from bugs.
