My wife tried this and liked it, except for the brush!“This is perfect for your make-up bag, small enough to fit in nicely, and with the beneifit of both a mirror and a brush included it is spot on. The only reason I have given it four stars rather than five is that the brush, however cute it is, is actually quite useless. It is also very small and there is not much of a handle, so you have to be really careful how you apply it as your hand is very close to your face.It is not fine enough to actually blend well, and it can be a bit rough - it spoilt my makeup underneath. I was surprised when it happened to me so beware. The colours are good -, both suit my complexion. They create a subtle effect,so if you want something more noticeable you may have to go up a colour palette. It smells really good too, strange for a blusher but I did find myself giving it a long sniff when using it.The lid secures really well with the little press stud.”

I've used Bourjois blushers before and quite like them, however, I've often had a problem with the quirky little brush. The bristles are very soft, which feels great on the skin, but I find they don't hold enough colour. That aside, this is a lovely little pot of two colours, the idea being – using the brush provided – to contour the face, highlighting the cheekbones and shading underneath said bones, all in one sweep. What I do is less of a contouring, well, to be honest, I don't bother with the contouring at all, so I use a larger brush and sort of swirl the colours together, then apply, This, for me, provides a better look. What I do like is the packaging which is a sturdy compact little pot with a hinged lid and a good, firm, magnetic closure. The inside mirror, being the same size of the lid, could be useful in a pinch, but really very practical for every day use. I love the smell of this product, and could almost become addicted to it.

I've always like Bourjois brand for sensibly priced but effective make up. This blush was no different and I really like using it. I have done almost daily since it arrived. You do need a good blush brush and the one supplied is okay but I prefer to use one with a proper handle and good fibres to get a good sweep of powder. The colours work well when blended together to give a lovely natural and healthy glow to the cheeks. It isn't too dark and not too rosy. It gives a slightly sheen which looked lovely in the summer when I had a slight tan on my face. For typical North European white skin I think it works well - so long as it is not applied too heavily. There is a mirror in the blush compact as well as the mini brush and the powder - so all in all you get a lot for your ££.It's the blush powder that matters the most and I highly recommend it.

Bourjois Duo Blush Sculpt 02 Roméo et Peachette is a compact similar to Bourjois blush pots, comes with a brush in a pot which has a magnet to close and mirror in the lid, but with two colours in one: light shade to blush and a darker shade to contour. I personally already use my Bourjois blushers to sculpt, the darker shade just makes the contouring a little bit more obvious - but I have found I can use just the lighter colour to blush and just the darker colour to sculpt if I'd rather use it that way (although there's more of the darker shade than the lighter shade). Bourjois pots like this are good quality overall, a nice formulation with a pleasant scent and nice texture as well as strong pigment, they also tend to last a while so the current price of £6.49 is good for what you're getting. I'd get this product again for sure.

I like this duo blush which has been designed with "draping" in mind, which is a basically 80s blush method, but now updated. This seems to be a slightly different approach to contouring, but has some similarities.I like the fact that this compact comes with a little mini brush, which is curved to sit neatly on top of the pressed powder blush. It isn't the easiest brush to apply blush with though - but given the split nature of the compact, using a larger brush just to pick up one colour isn't that easy either, unless you are just looking to blend the colours together rather than to drape. It is the usual bourjois quality that you would expect and a nice set of warmer shades, which will be even better when I have a bit of sunshine on my face, which is a bit pale at the moment!

My third Bourjois pot. I love these pots, they are brilliantly compact yet contain a lot of make and do a brilliant job.The blush is subtle and gives a gentle glow while the sculting powder creates a subtle shadow. The two also blend really easily and well so the lines of make up are seamless. The two seperate shades are easy to apply now the pot is neww, not sure if it will be so easy to get clear, seperate apllications when the powders start to run a little low. I love the little curved brush that sits over the powder saving space and found it easy to apply even with the curved shape, though may need to switch to a smaller brush later on to get the same results..Again, I love the pot.It is sturdy and the button release ensures it won't pop open in my bag.

This lovely little pot contains 2.4 grams / ½ teaspoon blusher and is split into two pink shades. The pot is small yet sturdy with a safety button on the lid so that it doesn't accidentally open in your make-up or hand bag. It comes with a small curved brush which fits in the lid, but to be honest, it's so small and the curve is strange to use, that I prefer to use my large blusher brush. There is also a mirror in the lid but, again, it is very small. Because I use a larger brush, I get a mix of both colours (which I actually prefer) rather than dark and light 'sculpting'.The colour mix is a lovely girly blush pink and I like to finish off with this on top of my usual make-up as it gives aninnocent pretty pinkness with soft sparkles.

As soon as I received this I started wearing it straight away. The colour suits me as I have reddish hair and freckles. It's easy to apply just a light shimmer or go the whole hog with several layers. The integral brush is wonderful as it's already curved making it easier to apply- after all- your face is curved so this makes perfect sense. It is a dual colour- half a natural looking pinky tone and half a browner shad. However, sweeping the brush over both gives the perfect shade for me: neither too pink nor too brown. The case it comes in is small and compact with a generous amount of pressed product. The brush is already in there so this is all you need!I don't think I'll ever go back after this.

Bourjois Duo Blush Sculpt is beautifully presented in a lovely little compact secured with a magnetic catch to prevent spillage in one's make-up bag. There is a handy little mirror inside the lid and a contoured brush that provides a nice grip making the blusher easier to apply. It is easy to dismiss the brush as being too small to apply the blusher and using it only to touch up make-up but it's worth persevering as it really does work. The blusher itself is of good quality and is pearlised just enough to provide a glow rather than a glittery finish. Having two shades of blusher really does allow one to achieve a more 'sculpted' look than usual.A very good product - recommended!

This is supposed to give you a natural healthy glow, and it does just that. The small pink pot contains 2 scrumptiously scented shades to contour your face;a darker shade for under the apples of your cheeks, and a light one to highlight your cheekbones. The pot also contains a mirror and a small curved brush, which fits neatly inside.I found it very easy to load the brush with color and apply it; the lovely scent and vintage effect really made me feel like a French woman in 50's Paris.I liked the way this contoured my face;not too dramatic, just left me looking and feeling good. The price is very reasonable, and the pot lasts well, though small. I'd definitely recommend it.

This is a great little combination product for producing that contoured look adding definition to the shape of your face. Following the instructions, you use the darker colour first under the apples of the cheeks to give a more angular defined shape, and then use the pinker blush colour afterwards on the apples of the cheeks to give a rosy glow and soften the edge of the darker shade. I love having the two shades together in one set although the addition of a highlighter would have been even better, and I’d always used the blush first before, and using it this way round, I’m getting a much better result! Also wish the set had been larger with more of each powder !!

A very nicely designed small container (45 mm diameter, 20 high) with a magnetic catch that holds the duo blush, a curved brush and a mirror. I think the idea (looking at the pictures) is one side of the brush is used for one shade and the other side of the brush for the other shade. At first that didn't work quite so well and a better finish was easier with two brushes although with further attempts it is possible to get very good results with the single brush so it is worth persevering! The two shades really do complement each other and one can get some very pleasing, professional looking effects. It also has a pleasing gentle fragrance.

This product comes in a round, pink mini compact which has a secure magnetic closure which gives a nice click. Inside is a mirror on one side and the two colours on the other. A nice shaped brush is also inside. The idea is to be able to blush and contour from same container and this certainly means less clutter in makeup bag or handbag.I am not to good at contouring tending to stick with blusher but this makes it easy. Apply dark colour on cheek bones and lighter colour above and it seems to give nice effect. I like titbit it will take time to get it just right.

This two tone blusher comes in a lovely little compact with mirror and brush. There is a little push button on the front to open it. The blusher is domed and the brush is curved to fit over the top as well as making application easy. The blusher is applied to the cheek bones with one colour and the second cover goes over the cheek to blend in. I used the darker colour for cheekbones and the pinker one for blending. There were no definite lines as the colours blened really well and looked natural and even has a light pleasent fragrance.

I used to live in France and got to know Bourjois products there. I've always loved their blushes in their neat, iconic plastic containers with the curvy brush inside and the little mirrors in the lid. Now they are offering two shades in one container, one being the blush and the other a darker, contouring shade. In the sample I received the blush is a pale pink and the contoured a darker beige shade with a slight sparkle. Application with the little brush is a little fiddly, but I have managed to achieve very pleasing results.
