Bought this to do a 13mm cut through a glued down large wooden floor and it ripped through the floor in sections. It would have been so hard to lift the floor without being able to cut up the floor. It was also really useful for cutting edges off luxury click vinyl. The supplied blade has stayed sharp for both wood and vinyl cuts.

This is a very neat little saw that cuts to a depth of 16mm. If you want to cut deeper then you have to finish off with a hand saw but that has proved very easy. So enjoying having it. The guide is quite accurate and the blade follows the line drawn so I dont see the problem others have mentioned. Very pleased with it.

Very impressed - powerful and accurate. Only flaw is an obvious design fault - the dust extraction vent is on the wrong side! It can't be used when trimming close to walls - the most useful and likely application with flooring!

Used it and it does just what it says on the ‘tin’!Relatively fine cut - might grab some finer blades shortly but otherwise feels great quality and is much more convenient than a larger chop saw if you’re just doing DIY!
