Ideal cutter for the DIY as long as the motor is NOT pushed by gentle moving the tile to the blade and let it do the cutting. Water collected on top of saw is drained back to the reservoir, although a bit messy. I drilled two 8 mm extra drain holes on top of the table immediately above the reservoir . Measure approximately 60 mm from edge of front and back of lifting plate and drill the two holes into the recess nearest to the blade of the plate (NOT THE RAISED EDGE)., be carefully and check underneath for hole clearance as the lid is strengthen underneath with rigid boxes. I found this helps with the draining but be warned it will probably invalidate the warranty. It can be a bit noisy during operation and obviously much slower than a manual cutter for the same price but anything below £90 is not recommended as the slide bars tend to bend and the cutters wear out quickly. Ideal saw to have if you have the time and patient enough.Read full review...

Bought for just one tiling project mainly used for cutting 35 sqm worth of 9mm porcelain plank tiles crossways on their 150mm width, but no problems cutting 900mm tiles longways.Interesting concept of the phrase "no mess" - it's no less messy than other cutters of this type, so no way do you want to use this indoors. Easy to clean out, easy to use, light weight. At first glance it seem like a flimsy plastic box, but it is actually tougher than it feels. If you are trying to work on large tiles, or have a few to do you'll want to fix it down to a workbench unless you are working on the floor with it.I've only used this one on porcelain floor tiles, which are harder than ceramics, and it did the job OK.For the money (£40) a great little cutter.

Arrived in good time & well packed. It's very light weight plastic, not that that's a bad thing, I'm just not shore that I would take it on a building sight, It would snap in half the first time someone steeped on it. With most tile cutters; it could do with fixing down when in use as being so light weight you tend to push the thing across whatever you are working on ! The water trof has a overflow on the inside so when you want to move it it will spill the contence all over the place. And there is no piratical way to rinse or drain dirty water out of water trof. But as a home DIY Home tile cutter it's an excellent little machine that dosen't spray water all over the place when cutting likeothers do !

Putting this together was easy although the black bolt to secure the blade guard was too short and did not have a nut to go on it anyway. A quick trip out soon saw it sorted and off I went. It cuts tiles with ease although I have only used it on kitchen splash back tiles. I think it is excellent value for money and would say to anyone doing a tiling project, get one, you will not regret it.

This is a Brilliant machine.... lightweight ...strong enginenice clean cutsdownside .Vibration through cheap plastic ...could have done with rubber feet pads to stop the machine slidingother than that cheap enough for the job and a bonus for the next but long lasting i dont think so

Excellent product. I hadn't done any tiling prior to getting this. Had reservations over whether the blade that comes with this would be any good, but used it to cut 12x500x300mm porcelain tiles and cut them quickly and easily with the blade that came with the saw.

good little wet cutter, only thing i can mention is the blade is quiet thick compared to more expensivetile cutters. im now looking for a better blade.ive bought this cutter before and find its one of the best in the price range

Great little gadget that chomps through quite thick tiles with ease. Messy job and expect to get wet but fast and effective. Complex cuts will still need a tile saw but straight edges, corners and bevels no problem

Cuts well for the smaller job the table is a little smaller for larger tiles, but it is ok if you aren’t cutting tiles all day.Ace for the DIY job at home, well worth the cash.

Just what you need for a home job and plenty of options to cut angles and so on. Downside are the instructions that could be better and more clear.
