I had the old Stanley 16" tool bag, same style - zip open top, its still in one piece after a couple of years but after stacking bags on top of each other the sides have collapsed, I wanted the same bag again but Stanley have 'upgraded' it to this one it seems. The new bag is as solid as the old but stands slightly taller, meaning the pockets/slots inside for drivers etc are better (deeper), the only downside is the old bag had a separate zipped top which had smaller slots in the lid for smaller tools and two separate zipped compartments for paperwork & other sundries. The new bag just has a clear opening or holder in the top of the bag, meaning stuff does fall out occasionally, so some 'upgrades'

This bag fits my purpose perfectly, a second bag big enough to store my stuff in and small enough to fit in my locker at work. Maybe it could be improved by having deeper pockets inside (my cutters and pliers don't 'sit' nicely) and I think it could do with a couple more big pockets inside, currently there are 3 pockets on one side several loops for screwdrivers at each end but nothing on the other side. Also the clips for the strap are plastic and I don't know how long they are going to last and if they break then there are no other handles to hold the bag with. Little quibbles really as it fits my purposes but it's not perfect and I wouldn't use it as my main tool bag (that's a Fat Max

Great work bag and organiser. Im now able to conveniently carry and store all in one place my essentials for the day like flask of tea & lunch, clip board & stationary, mobile phone & tablet and with all the compartments and loops Im able to store screw drivers, piers and tape measure neatly and securely. The unit is larger than I expected measuring 18" length x 9" depth x 10" high from the outside and could easily accommodate drill and accessories. Very happy with the product the supplier and delivery.

Prompt delivery.Good little toolbox, no internal divisions but as someone who works in IT my tools all come in their own holders and carriers. Plastic base stops it sliding uncontrollably around the boot of the car.Strap is sturdy enough, but if you intend to carry rolls of lead and lump hammers you may need to get a better strap.Overall very impressed, exactly what I needed.

Very good size. Fits all the tools and kits that I had. It does not have an internal division like you would have in a plastic box, but it fit those kits (like Ironing kit, screw kits, etc) within the case. Additionally, I recommend adding a pocket tool roll to help to organize the tools in this bag. Well done and here at Amazon it has a fair price.

I've noticed a few bad comments regarding this bag however i have had no issues and love this bag.Granted i haven't over loaded it as i use it for servicing jobs with minimal tools but it works as it should for me.Brilliant build and easy to handle.

It's roomy enough, but the pockets are kind of useless. They're too small to be used for organising, so everything just ends up thrown into the middle. The plastic also smells pretty bad. But it's overall as useful as it needs to be.

I had been using a wheeled version of the Stanley Toolbox to carry stationery and books around school. In a new job I didn't need to carry as many books but needed a stationery box with a shoulder strap - this is perfect

Bought as a birthday present for my younger son. With the addition of a selection of tools this Tool Bag has been much appreciated and a number of household/decorating jobs have been successfully completed.

Item was as described and arrived in a timely manner. It is ideal for what I want and the central compartment, while not sectioned, can easily accommodate trays for separating tools and small items.

Good price, slight issue with some of the compartments as some tools don’t fit so u get a bit of a build up in the main compartment, but overall a good bag, arrived quick and good quality

I am electrician and I brought this bag just for second fixing tools, bigger than expected it's very spacious and the hard bottom is great for working in wet areas well worth the money

Bought a number of these for my service department, good value just wish the straps for the tools were a little bit bigger.
