As a wind turbine technician I have to have a strong bag of a size that does not hinder climbing and this bag fits the bill. It is big enough to get a multi-meter, screwdriver set and some spanners in and more importantly my small coffee mug. For anything more than this Stanley do larger tool bags. This one measures approximately L 30cm x W 12cm x H 15cm, one mesh outside zipped pocket on one side and a poppet pocket the other. There are also 2 handy inside pockets. Once the zip is opened the bag opens wide enough to see and access all tools easily.I have taken one star off as this is my 2nd Stanley bag as after 9 months of heavy abuse the outside mesh pocket developed large holes and the zip broke so if I where the Stanley design department I would upgrade these two.Still I went for the same bag again as for the money and quality i could not find better and I find its a perfect size for a small amount of tools for simple jobs.If this review has been helpful in any way please click the yes helpful icon.

Iv been looking for a while for a small to medium tool bag. I do a lot of computer building, repair and maintenance and up until now had all my tools in various places and the major ones crammed into a small pouch. I bought this originally on the merits that it wasn't too big, whilst still be decent enough to fit everything in and being made by a quality manufacturer like Stanley. When I received it I was shocked to find it bigger than I expected it to be, however after filling it with my tools (see pictures) I found it to be perfect. Everything has a place and while not being large, it has enough space should I decide to expand my equipment. I would recommend this to anyone who only has a small amount of tools or,like me, small sized tools. It has is well made with a hard base and you can just feel the quality as you hold it. It has a sturdy handle as well so I'm confident you could much heavier tools in the without a problem

I bought this bag as a present for my husband - I had already bought two for myself from a well-known high street DIY store (the one with the orange and white logo) for a slightly lower price f £10 each but needed to get one in a hurry which is why I bought it from Amazon. It is a great little bag, very TARDIS-like - you can fit so much inside it but it doesn't look like you can from the outside. The opening is reinforced and is like an old-style doctors' bag - it has a strong wide opening that doesn't collapse in on itself. It has pockets everywhere, inside and out and is really durable yet light.A very handy size - great to keep in the car for emergency tools and bits and bobs,or in the house for tools and screwdrivers etc. Takes up less room than a bulky plastic box and is lighter and more convenient to carry.Looks smart.

After moving into a new home 2 years ago, i unavoidably neglected my tools due to a lack of space and time.Upon recently checking out what i had in the shed, all of my tool boxes were rusted beyond repair, so i decided to purchase two of these bags to see if they could keep my gear tidy and accessible.I immediatley noticed the quality of the material used and the strength of the stitching, it would definitley last the test of time, there are also several compartments inside for storing screwdrivers, spanners etc, leaving you able to keep the center of the bag free for larger items. There is also a zip up mesh compartment on the front which i found ideal for packets of screws and rawl plugs, and a velcro compartment on the rear.Overall a quality item that will last the test of time for a wonderful price.

I'm in IT and I don't often use drills, hammers and other heavy-duty tools - for these I have a traditional tool box.But this bag fits everything I need: a soldering iron + its accessories, a set of precision screwdrivers, a digital multimeter, a circuit board holder, some pliers + some adapters and useful cables. This is a nice tool bag and holds quite a lot I can say - at least for my needs.I thought it would feel cheap, but:· It's sturdy and maintains its shape.· The nicest thing, for me, is the bag can stay open as a giant rectangular tool box and still close when you need it to.· The straps and zippers seem to be of a good quality so far.I didn't expect much from the price but it is a nicewell-made tool bag. This is a great price for a wonderfully made product I highly recommend it.

My emergency tool bag.... This is a lovely, smart small tool bag to carry those main items. I have a big box of tools but don't want to carry that everywhere... yet I can go on a software install job and find I need to unscrew something, or tweeze something or have a quick network socket to wire... etc. I still didn't want to carry my large tool box with me in case of these extras on a job....Solution this bag... a nice small bag that I can carry the basic in, screw drivers, pliers, network tester and crimp, this holds them perfectly and is nice small, easy to store in the boot and carry to a job without turning up with a huge tool boxDefinitely worth a buy, it is a rugged, strong build, certainly screams the quality I expect from Stanley... I have no regrets

This bag was purchased after a long search for a particular kind of holdall for my son which wasn't too large but still offered the features of a larger utility bag. It is sturdy, has a firm base, plenty of pockets inside and out, and the material and construction seem pretty hardwearing. It fastens securely at the top with a strong zip, has comfortable padded carry handles and on the outside offers a stretchy mesh pocket on one side and a stud fastening pocket on the other. All in all a very good bag for the money, has been invaluable and definitely worth buying, in fact I hope we will still be able to buy another one when this one eventually wears out, excellent value for money for anyone who wants the benefits of a heavyweight toolbag in a smaller size.

I wanted a small tool bag to hold a handful of tools in the house to save me going out to the shed and to stop me from leaving tools lying around the house. This bag fit the bill perfectly, it's put together very well and looks like it will last a long time. There are two handy side pockets, one mesh with zip and the other has a popper. The opening of the bag has metal rods which is a nice touch as this keeps the bags shape when open and allows easy access in and out of the bag. Inside there are several small pockets on the inside of the bag which will be useful for pens pencils and small items there is also a larger velcro pocket on the opposite side. All in all a very good tool bag and I'mvery pleased.

Great small tool bag! I am a Carpenter who now works in Maintenance. Brought this to carry a smaller selection of tools for the routine type of jobs I have to react to, as opposed to hauling a full kit, which at most times is generally not needed in the role I have to do.I would however say, item could be improved with the addition of buckles to accomodate and attach a supplied shoulder strap, but I pretty much knew what I was getting. Finally, Item also arrived a day early and at only £9 (combined with another purchase to make free delivery) I am very pleased with this purchase. Same tool bag was £11.70 on ebay!

This is a marvellous toolbag; at last I have found a useful one! All the others I have looked at or purchased are too big and heavy for a lady OAP. There are plenty of pockets. I don't have masses of tools but have built up a small useful collection. The mesh container outside I note from a previous reviewer is a bit fragile so I havent used it for tools but for bits of sandpaper and instruction leaflets. I am absolutely DELIGHTED with this toolbag. It looks hardwearing. And it looks good. It looks a good design. Now at last all my tools are in one place and I can find them. Thankyou somone for inventing this!

This is the best bag i found on the market beats every other small bag here on Amazon ...as an electrition i can put all my basic tools in it and is nice and strong to take a hammer and some hevy stuff also ..the only tink you need to keep in mind is ...when is open it is like 130mm wide wich is too small if compeared any other here on amazon so you may want to go for Draper expert small bag wich is way bigger on same price and good quality too ...In General i love my sStanley bag even if is not wide enought and looks more like a computer bag :)

Comfortable to carry and hold for long periods of time, seems very durable and sturdy but only time will tell.It has a main compartment where I leave all my tools, a pocket on the outside, and a few small insert pockets for smaller things. I use it to carry most hand tools such as a set of spanners, screwdrivers, knife, light and even a small socket set with a case. Only downside I can think of is that the bag itself doesn't open as wide as I would have liked it to which makes finding the smaller tools hard to find in the dark.

Just what I needed to store a lifetimes collection of DIY Tools. Fed up trying to find a tool in amongst piles of other tools - I hit on a solution! Now that Covid19 had robbed us of 3 holidays this year I decided to spend some of that 'saved' holiday money and ordered 7 x STANLEY 30 x 25 x 13 cm tool bags. Now I've got a dedicated STANLEY tool bag for my paint brushes, spanners, knives and other cutting tools, screwdrivers, molegrips/pliers and a GO TO BAG for general jobs around the house. Now, where do I store this lot!

Adapted the tool bag to house my 1/2 socket set were the plastic case had broken. Eventually I got sick of undoing the bungee cord from around the case and bought this bag.Due to the weight restrictions this bag can carry (or so its believed) I bought some rubber feet and used some hard board in the bottom of the bag to act as a strengthener (and so the bottom of the bag doesn't get coveted in crud/water)Works very well with the socket rails and much easier then stringing my plastic case up with the bungee cord!

I bought a couple of these.Likes - You would be surprised at the amount of kit they hold, but small enough to be organised...Dislikes - the mesh can be easily torn, and one of my bags had bust stitching by the zip, however I will conclude, this is no fault of the product, but rather an over enthusiastic user stuffing this little bag to the rafter's, full of heavy tools!Summary: I definitely recommend the product, great little grab bags that hold loads of kit, very durable if treated correctly.
