For the past 10 years all of my coded and cordless hand tools have been the Bosch "Blue" professional range. As I am now upgrading to the new LI-ION range of tools this was the latest tool ordered and it does not disappoint. Its solid, well made and does everything you want of it without the limitations of a cord. The first job was trimming an 8-4 RSJ of its top and bottom section which it did with ease with a cutting disc. It comes with an Allen key for adjusting the guard and the disc changing tool which I normally keep tied onto the cable so as not too lose it...obviously not applicable in this instance.All in all this tool did not disappoint and performed very well.

Decent built quality, little bit underpowered but that's to be expected for a battery powered tool. Also easts through batteries daily quickly (again to be expected).When using to cut up an old gas bottle the cutting disc bit in and stalled the grinder a couple of times. The good news is the grinder shuts down instantly rather than struggling/burning out the motor and also won't automatically restart when lifted off until you switch off and on again.

I did the job great, without difference from the corded one. It works like 3-4 min on 4AH battery cutting steel, but if you have more than one battery you will be fine, and will be enough for most of the uses. I would prefer a speed control, but the price of ~90 pounds, it is the best. And it comes neatly stacked in a l-boxx.

I bought the grinder so i can complete my collection of cordless tools by bosch. I am very pleased from this choise , the tool is powerful and very contemporary. I wish to have a rotation regulator but unfortunately you cannot have it all. Black point the very high price and the battery consumption.

Typical Bosch Blue Pro tools high quality here.It feels proper built to last many years & so far so good.Really comfortable in the hand / hands & being 18v cordless frees you up obviously.High Quality little angle grinder / cutter & glad I opted for this over other brands TBH :)

I have a few angle grinders but find Iam using this one more just so handy, you will need a spare battery but as I have other bosh cordless tools that’s not a problem. Others have commented on the guard I find it ok just a bit stiff. Overall a good tool.

Perfect for the small jobs but you definitely will need spare batteries It soon runs them out after constant use it will last about 5/10 minutes when grinding otherwise a quality bit of kit and great value from the seller and fast delivery

Great grinder for the price this is my second. The last one finally stopped after 4 years of hard work being used everyday. Will buh another one again when this one eventually fails

Despite being cordless, this grinder is very powerful, the only drawback is even the 5 amp battery doesn't last long!

Very good grinder. I found that I needed a 4Ah battery for it to last any time which made it rather heavy.

Used it today - excellent grinder and cut stainless steel - battery didn't even notice. Superb tool.

Very good, goes thru batteries quite quick thou. Would suggest getting an extra battery

Excellent grinder im a pipefitter so use it a lot would advise 5ah battery or above

Works as expected but requires minimum 4Amp battery to get the best use out of it
