Probably the best looking Uhura toy ever produced. The face is a brilliant likeness of Nichelle Nichols from the original Star Trek series. Her Uniform is very well fitted with piping around the sleeves and the insignia stuck on the left of her chest. Her legs have net tights covering them and really funky black boots. If there's one fault its the hair, they've gone for a Season One look of Uhura with a massive curl at the front and the rest of the hair stuck into a back combed dome. The hair has so much product in it to keep it in place it's also like cement, if your planning to keep it in the box this won't be a problem but if you thought about restyling Uhuras hair into her more well known look then you may have some trouble.The packaging itself is really well presented.

This is a very nice Barbie 50th anniversary Star Trek Spock doll. I collect Star Trek figures and this doll is not as accurate as the 1:6 scale action figures but it is more than half the price. His uniform is very accurate and he comes in a clear plastic box which can be used to display the figure . On the back of the box is a brief history of the Star Trek series and an illustration of Spock.

The doll is very nice and all jointed so can be moved and played with. Got a very damaged box, so another collector might not have been happy about that. With stand.

I am very pleased with my purchase. The Star Trek 50th Anniversary figure is of the usual Mattel high quality. - Likeness to Cpt. Kirk is acceptable.

This a lovely tribute to Lt. Uhura, one of my childhood and now life-long heroines. Good details -- I especially like the tights! Will be cherished.

Beautifully made doll.Facial features are very lifelike and done in great detail.Looks great on display,i've kept it in the box though.
