So, I recently got this razor and the first time I used it, I hated it, it pulled all my hair and ran out of battery in 5 minutes.However, after moaning as I usually do about being ripped off, my wife suggested that I read the instructions, I thought what are the instructions going to tell me about an electronic razor that I don't already know. Turns out a lot.First, always oil your blade before use, I know some of you don't bother with the oil, it's annoying and you run out, but trust me! This will stop any pulling of your hair and give you a smooth cut. I use this for my hair as well as my beard, great on both. Not sure about the reviews on this product, bought as a gift for my husband and he loves it. I bought purely on the way it looked, neatly packed and a cute looking kit. However the important thing is the in use performance. He who counts says that it works brilliantly, charge lasts and all heads that he uses do a great job (mainly trimming of edges, eyebrows and nose) A few teething problems changing the heads to begin with but he has got the hang of it now

I wouldn't have bought this if I had read the reviews. It's actually brilliant value for money and a great shaver. UPDATE: Now COVID-19 is here and we have to do our own hair, this has come in really handy! Best Buy!

This was purchased as a Christmas present, I know it was a while ago. It was opened on Christmas Day only to find there is something wrong with it. Can I return it please for a replacement? .
