I bought this because I found it the cheapest here on amazon also the fact that my 4 year old was suffering from mild eczema patches behind his knees for ages and now his skin it hydrated. His skin loves aveeno sheabutter and he is happy and I'm happy it works for my boy. I tried every moisturiser there is and spent hundreds of pounds looking for something as good as this, but thats it I've found the right moisturiser for him now. I'm delighted the fact that I don't have to use perscribed tubs and big pump dispensers which just stink of petrol.On the other hand I have a 1 year old who's intollerant to alot of things and oats is one of them so can't use aveeno on him I just thought I'd try kill two birds with one stone what may work for one may not work for another oh well.

I've been suffering from dry skin on my arms and hands for years now. I don't think the Covid-19 situation has helped either as I've been washing my hands even more than usual. They've been so cracked and dry lately that they've been so itchy that I'll itch them until they bleed. Then my mum purchased the Aveeno lotion for herself and after using some on my hands, I was amazed. It's a nice lotion that isn't too greasy and absorbs into the skin quickly. I'm not sure if it's fragrance free, but if it isn't, it's certainly not a fragrance that irritates the skin or is unpleasant in smell. I've been using this lotion for about a week now and I've noticed such a difference.

I’ve been searching for a good moisturiser for years but never seemed to find one that kept my normal skin fully refreshed throughout the day. I then brought this for my brothers excma and thought I would try it out to see how it is and I am shocked how good my skin felt afterwards. The cream is so moisturising and makes my skin feel so soft and smooth without being greasy. My usual hand creams make my hands feel so greasy and funky afterwards without really providing it with any softening. This is a big problem because I use my phone a lot and the screen gets filled with fingerprints after a while. But when I used this cream,

My daughter had really bad eczema with cracked skin around her neck, arms and legs. We tried a lot of creams / ointments including steroids and none worked or only worked briefly. We have been using this Aveeno (tried another aveeno cream which did not work) for a few months now and her eczema has not returned. Her eczema was so bad that she would wake up at night scratching herself so much that her skin would be bleeding. For the first few days when we started using this aveeno we also applied 100% Shea butter and then applied aveeno on top. We also used this on our younger child who had really dry skin ( skin looked scaly)

I've had eczema since birth, something I was told I would grow out of by adulthood but nope. My skin is also rather annoying and has created allergies to nearly every moisturiser I've ever used. Including Dermovate, Betnovate, Diprobase, E45 and a whole bunch of other prescription and branded skin cream. I learnt that Lanolin was part of the reason.My cousin came back from a trip to the US a few years ago, she too a long term eczema sufferer, and gave me Aveeno's Oat Bath packets for irritated skin. They were literally the best bath ointment thing I've ever tried, so soothing. So when I noticed an Aveeno cream at my local Boots I picked it up, it didn't contain Lanolin I thought I'd give it a go.

My skin has been prone to dryness my whoe life, and I am not the kind of person to ever get away with not creaming after a shower. I had tried this cream in the past, and when my medication changed making my skin so dry it would crack and itch constantly, I have come back to aveeno again. This cream soaks in easily and you can feel it nourishing your skin instantly, and it lasts too!. I love that its non greasy and I can use it on the whole family. I have extremely dry skin and my daughter has this too, as well as sensitive skin. No outbreaks, not heavy, smells clean and fresh (doesnt linger either-wont compete with your perfume!)

Okay, it's slightly greasy and sticky when you put it on at first but after about five minutes it absorbs into your skin and goes smooth. I was worried about the greasiness as I have used other Aveeno products which left my hands sticky for hours and I have sometimes had to wash it off it being so irritating, not so with this lotion. Because I work as a washer upper in a pub for about seven hours a day my hands get chapped and the skin splits on the sides of the joints. Fortunately this lotion is the answer to my prayers as it stops my fingers hurting when I bend them and because of the oatmeal it eventually heals the skin. On the downside,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Aveeno skin relief moisturising lotion is extremely practical packaging. The pump is convenient and controls the volume dispensed as the lotion spreads easily and a little goes far! The texture is quite thick and creamy in consistency and feels smooth on the skin. I noticed a difference from immediate use but definitely much more significant improvement on day 5. The cold weather of winter has dulled my skin, dried it out with small patches of visibly red, flaky dry patches all over particularly my arms and legs. From first application the dryness improved and the difference in my skin texture was noticeable . My skin is soft to the touch and smoother.

I have been plagued with eczema on my hands for years and have used various creams which have not really worked, even the creams that specifically say for eczema. With the winter months drawing in and having to turn on the central heating, which makes eczema worse, I decided to do a bit of research on the internet and read up on the reviews about the best creams. I came upon this cream and I am so glad that I did. It is fantastic in every way - you only need a little bit to rub in to your skin, not much of a smell, you can use the product anytime, says what it does on the packaging, not badly priced for what you get, clears up itching and best of all within a week my eczema had cleared up.Well worth the research and the time,

Bought this on offer at supermarket was suffering with dry patches from having steroid tablets decided to try this out. So happy with it that I went back and bought another tube of it. Do suffer with sensitive skin so always a bit wary of trying new things out but glad I did with this.Well it feels nice and nourishing when applied to skin and a nice smell. A little of it seems to go a long way which is good. Worth looking at supermarket for offers on it.It soon sinks into your skin which is good so clothes can be put on or dressing gown after about five minutes without leaving a greasy residue.Think this has now become one of my firm favourites after showering or bath.

What can I say this stuff works miracles. I was recommended this by a dermatologist at the local hospital & I must say it is fantastic I get a rash on my arms that never goes away no matter what I use but this has massively reduced it. I also suffer with eczema so finding a good moisturizer is hard. After trying this I have recommended it to all my family & friends. My mum gets a really bad rash under her bust (the curse of being very well endowed up top) & nothing the doctors have given her & anything she has tried has worked to get rid of it but this cleared it up in 2 days. It is a little dearer than some lotion but it is totally worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was skeptical at first, if I'm honest, as most moisturisers are not effective on my skin (I have psoriasis, which appears in red dry patches) and I have previously found Aveeno to be too heavy a cream but I have been pleasantly surprised with this product, I can apply it several times without feeling like it is leaving a build up of product, it soothes my skin and has also begun to repair random areas too, which is very pleasing. It is definitely at its best when applied straight after a shower on dry skin. It is also very gentle, it doesn't sting when applied to broken skin.

I have severe hand and foot psoriasis. This is the only thing on the market that helps soften my skin. GP wont prescribe so I buy it myself. Worth it. I have tried many products that claim they offer hydration and softening for sensitive irritated skin. We are all different with different skin and skin problems , what works for one may not work for another. This is the only thing that works for me having tried most everything else out there. I put it on under gloves at night and use it throughout the day (after handwashing). It is non scented and rubs in fully though it takes a while to absorb. Not a problem given the benefits.

I bought this product out of curiosity as I had tried the Aveeno Cream which was brilliant and I wanted to compare the two products. I have not been disappointed. This Lotion is lighter in texture than the cream so more suitable for daytime use. It absorbs well and quite quickly and, as with the cream the nourishing and smoothing effects can be seen and felt almost straight away AND the effects are lasting. The smell is quite acceptable and the Lotion is pleasant to use. A lovely product. Would definitely recommend. Shame about the Petrolatum content though. I would much prefer it without that controversial ingredient!!

I have suffered with dry patchy skin and frequent breakouts in acne and although I didn't purchase my tube from amazon, I feel the need to sing it's praises. After only using for 3 days my skin is super soft and almost completely spot free. I have tried many products, some cheap and most of them not so much I'm over the moon to have found this, I use only simple soap to wash and an exfoliator once a week and used about a 10p size blob afterwards and that's it, not greasy at all for my skin, but if yours isn't as dry as mine was then I suggest you use a little less. Could not be happier with my now fave skin lotion.
