This is my 2nd pair of Patriots. And my first run in them today.I run on average 30km per week and ran approx 600km in my last pair.The only reason I got a new pair was because Strava monitors your trainer mileage :)They are a comfortable no nonsense trainer and are of a much greater quality than their low price implies.My only quibble is their lack of waterproofing, you will get wet feet if you run in the rain.Otherwise an excellent shoe. I have no doubt I will be buying another pair in 600km.

I dont these technical terms and this is my first running trainers, but I must say that this has made my running life much much easier. Great and not that expensive ! Wish I knew about these trainers long ago...

I use the shoe for general wear. Basically after training etc.I feel that the sole does not provide enough support for me to use for training etc. However a great general shoe. Lightweight and comfortable.

Asics are my favoured brand, its consistency of durability and comfort being a runner. This pair again weigh in with the same criteria. Very satisfied.

Very light and airy. Your feet won't sweat in them. I cannot say anything about water resistance as I use them only at the gym.

Been on my 1st run in my trainers did 7 miles felt comfortable.really like them up to now
