These shoes are super comfortable and they don't need any breaking in. I have really sensitive feet and i require lots of cushioning, and these shoes do the job perfectly. The inner cushioning is soft on the inside with a really nice feel. On the outside they are completely waterproof. Tried and tested in the nonstop Irish rain. They are still breathable and i didn't feel that the goretex material was suffocating my feet. And finally, they look amazing too! The bright accent adds personality to them. Extremely satisfied. Advice: as with other Asics shoes, it's important to go half or even a full size up! I wear UK 6 and ordered 6.5 which fit perfectly.
