I read the reviews that said buy 1/2 a size larger than needed before I bought.This is true and make sure you do.I am a UK size 9 but bought size 9.5 and it is a perfect fit.The shoes are exceptionally comfy and also very reactive.This means they are soft but bounce back fairly quickly for a faster run.The firmer the shoe, the better for running technically.This one is fairly soft but not too soft.The only thing to note is they take a while to break in and that before they do they feel quite firm and hard.Afterwards, they are perfect for the non pro runner.If you are a pro runner, you probably want 1 of the firmest Asics.

This is my second pair of this particular model although I've had previous iterations in the past. The shoes suit those with neutral pronation. In my opinion the cushioning is comfortable without being 'bouncy'. The upper is slightly meshed and I assume that helps your feet 'breathe' whilst running. There is nice detail on the tongue and laces are tipped. The black and yellow colours contrast well. I found the soles to be grippy on road surfaces and light trail runs. My feet never seem fatigued or sore afterwards. Recommend.

3 years ago I had a series of very recurrent muscle and IT band injuries that weighed down on my preparation and competition for several months. One of the changes I made was to change shoes, on the recommendation of my podiatrist I started using the cumulus (I think 18) since then I use a pair every 4 months, more or less about 850-900 km. I have improved a lot and I have not had anything serious again.

Great shoes!!!! I had a pair of Cumulus 16 that I found heavy and stiff but this ones are really lite, plenty of cushion and very responsive when you need to step up the gears.... I love my Saucony Kinvara everun lite and great cushion but this are really good shoes for short and long runs.. five stars for me

Belle, I had the cumulus from 13 to 14, 15 and now 20. The only drawback: the fit much more generous than the previous ones, I took one number less and it is also too comfortable. Moreover, some numbers mysteriously do not exist (41 specifically). For the rest, an excellent shoe, light and comfortable.

I change 3 pairs of shoes a year. I always take cumulus size 43.5. Exactly 1.5 numbers more than my foot. With the Nimbus half a number more, but they cost too much and from my point of view they are exactly the same. Runnerinn are very serious and fast. They arrive home within 7 days at the most.

After reading some recent reviews about apparent slow delivery, I was slightly apprehensive about placing the order, but it was all absolutely fine with delivery within a week. Have had loads of Asics Gel Cumulus before, so knew what I was getting (and at a very good price!)

Very good shoes, it's the only good thing I can say. Very unhappy with the shipment. The order arrived a week later. The packaging has been horrible. The box was only inside a plastic without bubble paper for protection. The shoe box is broken.

Third pair of gel-cumulus running shoes and early days but so far so good. Comfy from first run and feel improvement on previous versions in terms of lightness. Fit as expected having known to order half a size higher than normal shoe.

Previously had Cumulus 17 and I feel these are a big improvement. Light weight and comfortable and so far after 40 miles no sign of blisters. As always order half a size larger than you would normally buy and you should be fine

My go-to shoe for running training. Have been using the Cumulus for years and has never disappointed! Order and delivery process from RunnerInn was seamless. I use a 46 with Asics whereas with many other shoes I use a 45.
