Great running shoe. True to size so no need to size up or down. Great mid-sole support and at the same time good cushion ability. The heel has gel support so good for heel striker. But mid food striker will also benefit from the gel heel support. The upper has breathability. Best part is the light weight so you don't feel weighed down like in some heavier models of Asics. It fits snug around the foot. If you looking for daily running shoes or maybe to run a marathon go for it. Got it under 4K

This is my first pair of Asics trainers. Not only the gel is very comfortable for running and jumping, the design is beautiful too. With regard to size it's perhaps slightly too narrow. The length is perfect (I am tipically size 4 wide)

These were such a bargain and look great, but they're not great if you're going to use them for long distance or frequent running. Good for aerobic activity and spinning etc but not too much impact.

Great running shoe, was always a gel nimbus fan, didnt like the gel nimbus 19 at all, but love this dyna flyte 2. Has restored my faith in asics

Used them extensively for walking. Very comfortable and light. Reasonable arch support for normal feet. Not the best looking pair though.

Great shoe as always for my mild pronation. The bright colour fades quickly though. More a pastelcolour after just a few wears.
