I purchased this item with the intent to use it mainly for everyday use and skiing when needed. I have to say this product has not let me down. Used it for 5 days of continuous intense skiing with no problem. The zip goes all the way up and once fully zipped provides incredible coverage from the wind as it rests covering my mouth. There is a fabric protector so that the zip does not rub against the mouth and lightly lifting the head up allows the top part to rest comfortably under my chin. The built quality is excellent as expected for the price of this product and no corners have been cut. The pockets are all zipped and slide up and down smoothly with a small fabric attached so that they can be easily accessed whilst wearing gloves.

I'm a little over 6 feet tall, 195 lbs and the MEDIUM fits me perfectly. This is my first Arcteryx but I've consistently been a large with Patagonia. I had to send back the Large because there was too much room in chest and waist and the sleeves were a little too long. So from my experience, a size down is probably best.The parka is very sleek, very minimalist. They focused on design rather than flash and I really appreciate that. It's kinda of like a car with incredible specs that doesn't go out of it's way to be noticed. No fur on the collar but 750 fill down and a zipper that moves like it has an electronic assist.Columbus Ohio winters are typically too bad so I'm sure this will handle them

Very good 3/4 jacket Coat but it does not overwhelm when you enter a closed place because it perspires and keeps you constant heat, you do not have to take it off quickly as with an NFace. The perfect Goretex, I got her in the shower directly and nothing, everything sealed. The pockets are diagonal, you have to remember to close them well if you go by motorcycle for ex. It's for dry cold places between 13/15 and -5 you'll be great. It is super comfortable that you wear a sweater. Size is large I 1.84 I wear L the XL is huge. I recommend it 100% over others that look at Haglofs NF Napapj HH .... it won't let you down.

Very well made in terms of materials and stitching. On a 30 degree day I can go out with this over a t-shirt and still be warm. Looks good, get lots of compliments. Repels water well, nice structure to the hood, light and not overly puffy. Near perfect for commuting on public transit. Only issues: sleeves are a bit short on me, and the chest pocket which is perfect for phone lacks depth to keep phone nestled when not fully zipped.

This coat is so warm I love it. I live in Chicago and have been bracing sub-zero temperatures with this bad boy with out a problem at all. Love the elongated neck that covers my face from the nose down (no need for a scarf). I love this coat. It's funny seeing people freeze while I'm having no problems in my Therme. Thanks Arcteryx, thanks to the seller for giving me a discount off retail!Highly Recommend.

The perfect all-round winter jacket. It's smart enough for any occasion and super warm, windproof and waterproof. I'd say it is a little on the big size (XL) but perfect for layering. I was nervous buying from Trekkinn based on some of the reviews but I have to say they have been excellent and will definitely come back. Communication was quick and delivery tracking is brilliant.

The price for the parka was in CHF and I thought it was a local store, and nowhere is there any small notice that customers should pay customs duties. So I had an unpleasant surprise - to pay a customs fee of 60chf, 5 francs was also deducted for visa card payment. When I knew I wasn't going to buy.

I still haven't get a change to wear this beautiful jacket but it's light and waterproof and I am sure it's warm as well. Will update this once I wear it in the winter

The coat is a bit pricey but worth it. Extremely lightweight for the protection it offers. Does a tremendous job protecting from wind. Not 5 stars because of price.

I got the Camosun and not the Biome. They are similar. very happy with it. I was able to call and was refunded the difference between the two coats.

Great jacket! Black color wasn't as dark as I expected. Minor improvements would be to add wrist sinch to keep cold weather out. Love the fit!

Not slim for my taste. But great arcteryx quality and style. Too baggy for me, hence the 4 star but might work for you.

Warm yet light. The fact that it is basically windproof makes you rarely freeze. Sits nicely.
