Got this as a gift for my guy. He loves it overall, it is perfect for a day hike. Just as you'd expect from Arc'teryx, it's high quality, functional, and looks great. Fits all the essentials but is the lightest pack we have. One major downside for me is that if you are a taller person, the straps do not hit where they should. (purchased the regular size, not short.) He still wears it and loves it, just doesn't use the waist strap or chest strap. Also no where to store the waist straps or tuck them in. Generally not a major problem since this is for lightweight day hiking anyway and the pack even full is not generally that heavy. Just something to consider.
